Iconic rock act The Who will launch a World Tour to celebrate their 50th Anniversary around Christmas according to a new interview with Pete Townshend posted on Billboard.com. Townshend says the band will play U.K. dates in December followed by North American dates in 2015.
Anyone here a banquet manager? If so, can I send you some questions to answer for a project?
Thanks in advance. My teacher gave us like 3 weeks to find and interview a banquet manager. Time is not something I have much of this late in the semester and banquet managers get REALLY busy once spring comes.
If you haven’t found anyone yet, my roommate is an event manager for a few different restaurants/venues in Hartford (under one company) and also has a small catering business on the side. I am not sure if that is close enough to banquet manager or not, but she might possibly suffice.
Bridget Everett and the Tender Moments. I might have to make an appearance at this one. Never heard of her but her shows looks like a riot. Interesting that Ad-Rock is in her band. This could be one of the most interesting shows of the bunch. Ya gotta love a chick that has a song called "What I Gotta Do to Get That Dick in my Mouth"
You know, I remember reading something about that a few months back but it didn't even register at first when I saw her name on the lineup. Is it possible that we have our answer to the mystery Superjam? It will have been five years this year since the last Beastie Boys show.
Great! Glad to hear! I can only imagine the fallout from a headliner walking off stage.
Also, the full lineup from Xponential. I'd be shocked if at least one of our remaining additions does not come from this list.

Coldplay's production factor is why I want to see them more than anything. Average music, great production during their shows. Just something I'd like to see, without shelling out the extra $ to see them separately.

Another question for Nashville friends - does anyone know of a good place that we could leave one of our camper's cars there during Roo? Our crew is driving from Chicago on Wednesday night and meeting a friend on his way from Charlotte in Nashville. Hoping to leave his car in Nashville and take him down with us so it's one less parking pass for our Groop.
Were you a creator on the show? Did you have to, i don't know, watch them for censorship purposes? Were you temporarily in Guantanamo Bay where they used Ed, Edd n' Eddy as a way of getting you to talk? Maybe you were in jail, and the only way they'd let you out was to tie you to a chair Clockwork Orange style and force you to watch Ed, Edd n' Eddy until you were too docile to hurt anyone again?
