Got a pretty sweet gig next week. If there is a large turnout (fingers crossed because it's going to be a Tuesday night) the bar is going to give me a residency, which would be amazing.

ahh that sounds wonderful....I manage a music store so I can't complain though. Rainy days just keep customers away so when all the regular management is done, its just me, the coffee pot, and whatever tunes I want to blast through the shop

Yay understanding parents. I would have liked them to tell this to his face, but then we would have missed it.
It reminds me of when my uncle came out to my sister and I. He told us and we just looked at him and said, "Ummm yeah. We know. How is your boyfriend by the way?"
