What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

Just because you were driving on a suspended license does not give them the right to search your car automatically. Sounds like there was a question as well as if your license really was suspended. E-mail me at street@hhpfirm.com if you would like to talk more.

Only should be arrestable if no one else in the car is able to drive or other specific circumstances exist. Tennessee law is specific as to when an arrest should be made for a misdemeanor or a citation issued.

I got arrested in Somerville, TN on Wed. night. They pulled me over for not wearing a seatbelt, although I had been and had just taken it off to get my registration and insurance out of the glove box. Anyways, I had an expired license, so when he asked to search my car and I said no, so he put me under arrest and searched anyways. I had to spend the night in jail, but I got out in the moring on $750 and still made it the roo.

The police in Tennessee get really ballsy on Bonnaroo weekend thinking that they can make a lot of simple busts of people out of state and then they wont want to take the time to fight it in court. I am sorry that happened to you and hope you dont think all Tennesseeans are jerks like that officer. By the way, you can not be arrested under any circumstances for failing to wear your seatbelt in Tennessee.
