then you have third tier : snoop, dre, J z...they get 100 k
then you have 4th tier : black keys, munford byoncee, Prince etcc: they get 50k
No doubt inspired by Zappa... songs like "Who Stole My Mustard?" (a reworking of an old Minor Threat guitar riff) and "Used To Have A Dog (Go, Wow)" are enough evidence to show how completely absurd it was.
