The ignore user funtion is currently being coded back in.
Additionally, we are installing a code that will allow users to "opt-out" of the karma feature. By selecting this feature in your profile, your karma function will be disabled and you will not have a karma level and users will not be able to exalt or smite you.
Yet it is in this loneliness that the deepest activities begin. It is here that you discover act without motion, labor that is profound repose, vision in obscurity, and, beyond all desire, a fulfillment whose limits extend to infinity.

The answer is Yes strum. If you opt out you can still exalt and smite. So, if anyone is sensitive to their karma going up and down, I would think your best bet is to just opt out and save yourself the headache.

^^Thanks knox! While I think it is a bit silly that you can alter someone's karma while not having the ability to have yours altered in turn, it really is a moot point and not worth any extra hassle altering what you have. I was just curious

*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**

I'm sure it does suck for non-mafia players to log in and hit 50 most recent and see nothing but Mafia posts....but on the other hand if there weren't Mafia posts you may be looking at the same 50 posts for hours on end.
It really doesn't matter to me since every time I try to view 50 most recent posts it works 1 out of 50 times.

dialup?
I think it's just an issue with the 50 most recent posts, because it always messes up with me too-- I have to refresh it like 10x before it works. :]
