Seriously. I almost reached out to them last year to volunteer to help them with their communications process. (I have no experience, mind you.)
They are so bad at communicating on so many platforms. It's like they've taken the joke of their tent and stage names and applied it as a business model.
They put out tons of conflicting information, they change policies with reckless disregard for impact, and they fail to use their resources efficiently. And they do the whole thing arrogantly and alienate their attendees.
I have no idea how they got to year fifteen. (Nor do I know why I'm going back for year thirteen!)
Lockn is even worse.
Maybe so but they're like four years in and on a much, much smaller scale.
