Yeah, I've got tons of go-to recipes from past restaurants I've worked at. I'm addicted to menus/cookbooks and love them. We've pulled off some crazy-ass dinners in Tents Only... balsalmic-glazed duck breast, whole-smoked prime rib, "extra-wild" mushroom soup. I'd love to "re-hash" a few.
I'm making salmon for the first time EVER. I usually eat raw fish only. Simple seasoning and baking it. I made a huge portion of collard greens (not done up southern style- no butter and still with bite) to eat it with. I am excited... yet scared.

I stopped and got 4 24oz Miller Lite's on my way home from work. This is my dinner, cause I literally have NOTHING else in the house to eat besides some frozen veggies (YUCK).

That's your best bet, Bonzai. Baking is a better option if you've never had it. Add some rosemary butter to that and you got a meal!
