i though about them maybe having some sort of addition where that might be an area to relax in AC or somethin, but that would not be an addition to the lineup, and DJJD said we were gettin the cool line up addition. im going with Lupe Fiasco after ive done more digging. started off with his album The Cool and started looking around for updates.
edit to add this(i posted this in the addition thread)
im starting to like my Lupe Fiasco guess though.
no shows after May 3rd, playin Coachella already and just found this on his website:
Quote: Lupe's Back In The Studio Working On New LP 03-25-2009 Lupe has returned to the studio to work on his latest album scheduled to drop later this year on 1st & 15th/Atlantic Records. Keep it locked to his LupeFiasco.com for official details about the album, upcoming tour dates and more!, aight? FNF UP, UP & AWAY!
so hes about to record some new material, so hed have some new stuff to add to last years set.
this right now would be a dream addition for me. and hes still not a huge name in the sense hed be to big for an add, although The Cool has definitely gained him some much deserved exposure.
found a little more fuel for the fire, new album in june?
Quote: Retirement will have to wait for Lupe Fiasco. The “Superstar” rapper has taken to his blog saying that his once final album LupE.N.D. has been “canceled until further notice.” Instead, he’s planning to release three albums over the next year and a half.
“Due to circumstances beyond my control…the album roll out has changed radically…LUPE.N.D. has been postponed indefinitely!!! As a matter of fact consider it cancelled until further notice!!!” he wrote on Friday.
Lupe also revealed that his third album, The Great American Rap Album, will arrive in June. “See ya’ll in June and again in December and again next June. LupE.N.D. right after that…when the liberation comes!!!”
The rapper’s publicist has confirmed the news to Rap-Up.com.
LupE.N.D. was scheduled to be a three-disc set. There is speculation that Lupe owes his label Atlantic Records three or more albums before his contract expires.
“I just don’t really feel like rapping anymore,” he told Rap-Up.com back in September.

I would like to see them again....in 2007 they were killer man!
Agreed. That was my first ever Roo set and was incredibly awesome. I was disappointed, only slightly thanks to the rest of the lineup, that they weren't on initial.
If I had to guess, this sounds like it could be the somethin else club/tent or some form of it. "Something" suggests to me that this may not refer to a singular band and "cool" is maybe referring to something indoor.

I agree, plus they have a attendance to be anticlimactic announcements lately even when they build them up..
and just for fun Gwen Stafini had a song called cool...
2/5- Papadosio 3/3- MUSE 3/12- John Mayer 3/19- The Werks 3/31- Passion Pit 4/18- Ben Folds 4/20- Against Me! 6/10- Bonnaroo 6/30- Eric Clapton and Roger Daltrey
I hope it is Lupe Fiasco, we missed him because of Eddie Vedder.
really? i stuck around for all of pearl jams set and was able to hurry across centeroo and get a pretty decent spot for Lupe. im not sure if he started a little late, but i was there when he took stage. and he was a highlight for me last year. ill admit its wishful thinking, but its what im goin with till its proven wrong.
