Two thoughts: Could be an artist he mentioned seeing at SXSW strengthened by the fact that Ani Difranco was added and she name checked her in that tweet. As far as that goes I'd be pretty stoked to see Devo. My other thought is his comment about "On the road again", which suggests Willie Nelson. In this case Willie doesn't have any schedule conflict, but the fact that he's playing a smaller fest in Chatanooga just a week before hand might cancel out this possiblity. Then again Phish is doing 3 dates in that region that week so you never know.
first thing I thought was Birth of the Cool. I cant imagine what kind of addition that would mean though.
Could go several ways with this. It could be the jazz tent theme, a Miles Davis tribute or, and this is a massive stretch, some form of an art exhibit that's been traveling around the country the past couple years that's centered on the cool movement in LA in the late 50's early 60's.
first the artic monkeys have been mentioned on here several times, so that was the first thing that came to mind.
then thinking about it(maybe more wishful thinking then anything) was Lupe Fiasco whose last album was The Cool. he was there last year and had a very good reception, would love to see him back on the farm.

Possibly Wayne Shorter and Sonny Rollins in the jazz tent?
