The Decemberists - The Hazards of Love
This would be especially good, as the whole album tells a story when put together. I don't think it came out longer than 3 weeks ago, although I don't have the specific date off the top of my head. Definitely a worthwhile album to check out and write about if that's your thing though!

Hmm. the new Metric albums pretty great. I would be in the same predicament as you, except I get to review the Hold Steady show I just saw...which was awesome.
EDIT: That Metric album isn't out for awhile, but I just got the hard copy in the station, try the new Peter Bjorn and John, or Fever Ray, both are great, in entirely different ways.
