I dedicate this month to the Egyptian Pharaoh Seankhibre Ameny Antef Amenemhet VI who also had a 23 day reign. I pray for his wisdom and for the wisdom of Heket the frog god, Khrepi the god of the dung beetle, and Tawaret the Hippopotamus god and demon-wife. May their stories guide me on this journey.

Where are you staying when you going to Niagara falls?
Nowhere. It is a planned 30 minute pit stop on my way to Boston. My tentative plan is that I'm seeing Swans in Cleveland at 10pm and a Red Sox game from the Green Moster seats the next day at 7pm and I need to sleep and drive from Cleveland to Boston in that time window as well.
That is the most direct route? I didn't realize Cleveland was that fAR north

Yep. That route also takes me through Albany which has always been a bucket list for me. And this particular bucket list is for cities named Albany that I have no interest in visiting. It's a very short list but I'm crossing the only one on the list off.
It would also take you by Newark, NY. I grew up next to the NJ one and had to stop for a quick car fix on way through Delaware one. Let me know how that is, want to see how it compares to the very different 2 consisting of a college town and well you have all probably heard about the stories about NJ

Pay close attention between Albany & Springfield please. Those are the two areas I get to choose to move to. Tell me which one is best. I'll need all the help I can get.
Now for a question. You joined here but lurked for awhile. Me too. What made you start posting & interacting on the board?
Maybe I'm biased, but Albany.
Actually, move to Troy. It's much better than Albany.
To go with horn's question, how are your favorite inforoo posters aside from Steph? What are your favorite parts of inforoo? What made you decide to make the jump from just posting to actually meeting up with people?

I started planning the trip yesterday. I think I'm hitting up the Yankees game at 1pm on Thursday. Then heading south to the 9/11 memorial and museum. Then heading to Output for that Tory y Moi show.
Friday: Algiers > prolly Madlib but I like PHJB. > Despacio? or chill > BSS or Mike D (depends on if I see Broken Social Scene at Pitchfork). FKA Twigs > Schoolboy Q > Arcade Fire
Saturday: Some tourist shit for a few hours. Then go in at 4. Prolly seeing Foals since I don't think I can at Lolla and I might do the Daughter Lolla aftershow > Anderson .Paak > Blood Orange > the National > Kaytranada/Sufjan is a tough call > Kendrick
Sunday: tourist shit until 2pm > the Black Madonna (who I'm seeing in like 5 hours) > I don't care for 2.5 hours (Despacio?) > Rufus Du Sol > RtJ > the next group is tough but my preferences are prolly A$AP/Sia/Holy Ghost! but I like all 3 and I've seen A$AP a bunch and neither of the other 2 > LCD. Then I think I hit the road to see how far west I can get before I wanna pass out.
So when are we meeting up?
This is my likely schedule:
Algiers Madlib Preservation Hall Broken Social Scene Mike D Netsky (if I'm not captivated in 10 minutes >> Alabama Shakes) Schoolboy Q Arcade Fire
Horsemeat Disco FOALS Anderson Paak The National Sufjan Kendrick
Tensnake Tourist Classixx ASAP LCD
Who are you going with?
Lets grab a beer on Friday. I'm not in love with that day except for Arcade Fire so I'm happy to roam.
