I got one if the limited pressing "indie record store" copies. Which basically looks like a bootleg vinyl with a blank gold label and a plain black packaging with a hand painted gold Wonka hat on the front and pressing numbering on the back. It's really weird and I didn't know what it was when I bought it. I'm kinda bummed I missed my shot at the golden ticket. Might have to go get the regular vinyl at a bigger record store.
edit: here it is. I got a response on Facebook from ATO. They pressed 1000 of these just for small record stores to sell as a limited edition of the album.

I got mine directly from them whenever I bought presale tickets for the Atlanta and Biloxi shows. At that point in time, I had no idea they were even doing the golden ticket thing.

Release date is set for 1/13/15, and it's a 3xLP, and: "While supplies last, all orders also include a limited edition double sided 12"x12" lithograph featuring exclusive artwork from Marco Papiro and album lyrics."
Also, when you preorder the album, all other items in your cart will be discounted 20%. And I literally just bought $100 worth of AnCo vinyl last week from them...wish I had waited a few days!

On November 24th, Universal Music Enterprises is set to release a box set featuring Cream’s entire original discography: four studio and two live albums.
According to a press release, each LP within the Cream: 1966-1972 set is pressed on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl. The collection comes housed within a rigid slipcase box and includes exact reproductions of each LP’s original artwork.
Formed in 1966, the legendary British rock supergroup was comprised of guitarist/singer Eric Clapton, bassist/singer Jack Bruce, and drummer Ginger Baker. Throughout their career, the trio dabbled in blues rock and psychedelic rock and delivered classics such as “Sunshine Of Your Love”, “White Room”, and “Crossroads”. In 1993, Cream were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and in 2006, received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.
Pre-orders for the box set are ongoing.
Below, check out a picture of the box set and the full tracklist, followed by a few of Cream’s classic songs.

Cool concept, thanks for this. I've been loosely planning on building record storage units for awhile, to sell here, and am always looking for ideas to incorporate into my design.
The side pockets are a neat idea, and a great utilization of space under the "steps", but may not be practical in most people's homes, as you cannot place furniture on either side of the unit. At least that would be the case here, where square footage is on everyone's mind.
The no tools assembly is a nice touch, as it keeps it simple for the buyer, as these are shipped.
I think $300-$400 would be a good price point, and I feel that is doable, while still making a decent profit. Depends on the wood I use, I guess. I was planning on using old barn board, which will add an aged look to it, which would fit well with the product.
Got suckered into going to the mall - under the guise of postsex foods (which admittedly were delicious) with my new FWB today, which resulted in me spending a bunch of time in shitty stores.
Then I flipped the script and made her wait while I thumbed through every record in Newbury Comics.
Came out with four.
The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy The College Dropout Small Change
Ran me a touch over $100, but MBDTF and Lauryn Hill were both $35. Lauryn Hill and Tom Waits are 180g pressings.
So guys I am getting my first record player for xmas from my girlfriend. i need one that is reliable with good enough built in speakers to last until i can afford my own sound system in late winter/early spring. any recomendations? Watch this about a Crosley. It's hilarious. And read the comments.
"the three rubber mount motor grommets melted" I have GOT to use that in a conversation today.

I bought one of those shitty Crosley-like ones early and it was a waste of money. I thought it was cool that it looked old fashioned but played multiple types of music. I went to plug in headphones and the headphone jack fell off and got lost inside the box. It also just didn't sound very good.

Just buy a nice vintage table on ebay. You can EASILY get a great, easy-to-use turntable for that price. A Technics table from the late 70s or early 80s with a moving magnetic cartridge is what you want. Then save your money to get your receiver, speakers, etc.
Crosley's don't have a counterweight so they will wear out your records much faster than a quality record player. The tone arm jams the needle down on to the wax and it's just generally not a good situation.
Not to be disparaging but you are better off putting that $150 towards a system you will want to use the rest of your life.

Pretty much what everyone else said about Crosley.
I'd look to increasing your budget. You really really don't want a turntable with built in speakers. You're going to need a lot of things to make vinyl happen.
Turntable Cartridge Phono Pre Some kind of transducer (headphones or speakers) Amplification for the transducer
I don't know how the hell I'd do that with $150. Seriously, the cheapest current production turntable/cartridge combo I routinely recommend is the Pro-Ject Debut Carbon, and thats $400. Includes cartridge but you still need a phono pre and speakers/headphones/amp.
For the budget minded vintage is absolutely the way to go, its just a matter of getting a table that works for the right price. Then you have to consider the cartridge and making sure its aligned properly. A misaligned cartridge will sound terrible and damage your records. I like Technics stuff, thats a good recommendation for vintage.
My most basic budget system current production system would be:
Project Debut Carbon ($400) Ortofon 2M Red cart ($0, included with Carbon) Schiit Mani Phono ($129, I haven't heard it but Schiit is amazing so I'm sure its great) Schiit Magni Headphone amp ($99) Grado SR60 ($80, but there are lots of other budget headphone choices)
And damn I just got that up to $716. Stuff adds up quick.
Vintage wise you could get a vintage turntable, add a cheap new cart if it doesn't have one or if the one it has is busted, then look for a vintage receiver with a phono input. Download cartridge alignment tools from vinyl engine. You could power speakers with the receiver or use its headphone out if it has one. I have no idea how much this would cost, but it would be significantly less than buying new.

You're way better off buying something like an AT-LP60 (around $100) and a used receiver/speakers off craigslist than buying something with a built in speakers. Once you get more money, you can upgrade the speakers, and eventually the turntable.

I have the AT-LP60 and can vouch for it being a decent cheap option. Here are links to all my beginner turntable set up pieces. IMO it sounds pretty good, and I also ran all of my other components through the receiver/speakers and they sound loads better too. Maybe she can get you the turntable and you buy the rest? Winter is not that far away, it'll be worth the wait
Some Grado SR-80's were my first pair of "real" headphones. Excellent entry into the world of high quality headphones. Definitely recommended.
My brother just imported some Audio Technica AD1000x's, really want to take those for a test drive.
My first was the SR60, and I consider it the gateway headphone. Not the most neutral or revealing headphone ever, but damn it they are fun.
After several years of buying and selling I've settled on the Sennheiser HD800 as my favorite go to can. They are a perfect window into the recording, IMO.
