The $100 one is the only one that has signatures? I kept reading some places that ALL are signed by Garth but I found that hard to believe. The more expensive one with just the signature makes sense.
I probably shouldn't (spent too much already) but I think yea.....I'll take you up on the offer (for the $35....not the $100). The top 3 items for me this year were White Stripes, Run The Jewels, and the Dylan record so I might as well go for it. Do you need the money now? Or do you have to see if they still have any left? Let me know (or we can take it to PMs if that's easier).

The non-pink ones are a stamped signature and hand numbered. The pink ones are hand signed and hand numbered. I'll go pick it up now and then PM you info to PayPal me. I'm not positive how much shipping media mail is.
EDIT: Psych they're closed... I'll go tomorrow after work

Officially done listening to everything I bought on RSD. The Dolly Parton bluegrass album, Dylan Basement Tape, and Sly & The Family Stone live from the Filmore East are my favorites. Nothing was disappointing though...
How good is the Sly? I've seen it online but damn is $40 steep. Kinda tryin' to decide on this or Pete and Pete soundtrack. I'd love both, but which am I really gonna listen to more?

l love it. They jam out on every song. It's 2 LPs so $40 is about right (I always plan for about $20 per 12" on RSD). I'd assume the Polaris record is something you listen to once or twice then break out when you have some friends around who might appreciate it. This Sly & TFS record is gonna get worn out at my place...

I waited in line and missed out on the only Foo Fighter copy that was at the shop. Checked two other places after and they were alread sold. I only scored the Supergrass and Citizen Dick single.
If anyone somehow snagged an extra copy or wants to part with the Foo Fighters release please let me know. I'll pay face value and shipping. Really bummed about this.
Reposting this. I'm willing to trade too. I have a lot of vinyl.
Looks like I was able to find the record I wanted the most for RSD at the label's website for sale, Live 1998 by Bedhead. And thank god too, because the prices on EBay were insane. Some up to $80.
My new Ryan Adams vinyl came in! Might be the most I've paid for vinyl this year... but this box set is going to get worn out on my record player.
Was this the first pressing? I think I have to wait until July for my box set. I was able to downlaod the mp3s the other day, though. I can't wait to listen.
Recently got the Strokes' Room on Fire reissue with a half black, half gold vinyl. Wish I had kept abreast of things last year; would have gotten the Is This It reissue with a half black, half blue vinyl. But alas. Sometimes you just gotta let things go.

It was - I think I just barely managed to nab one before they sold out. Hopefully it will arrive soon. I've been listening to it on Spotify and it's outstanding!
we officially ordered the audio technica lp120. baby's first record player is on the way! i'm excited for this new journey. my bank account is not.
Dunno if I've said it here before, but I haven't spent this much money on physical copies of music since I was a mid-teen with his first job. But now I'm a grown ass man-child with shit to do. And my bank account hates me too.
Elton John - Honky Chateau Prince - Dirty Mind The New Pornographers - Mass Romantic; Twin Cinema Divine Fits - Ain't That The Way/Chained to Love 12" (weirdly, I don't have ATCDF... I should fix that at some point. But not soon.)
our turntable came! the speakers and things should be arriving today. i'm going to ikea this afternoon for the shelving unit. i guess it's time for me to buy some records!
the parallelogram collection consists of the following five albums:
hiss golden messenger / michael chapman six organs of admittance / william tyler kurt vile / steve gunn thurston moore & john moloney: caught on tape / [alan] bishop – orcutt - corsano trio bardo pond / yo la tengo
each album consists of never before released material compiled especially with this collection in mind. each LP will be housed within its own letter pressed “matchbook” bearing new original artwork by casey burns and printed by dexterity press. each LP is pressed on 140g black vinyl pressed at record industry in the netherlands and includes a download coupon. all 5 LPs were mastered by patrick klem. all 5 LPs will ship simultaneously in a single package.
I'm literally salivating at the Caught On Tape/ Bishop/Orcutt/Corsano trio split.

I had a little bit of money from getting paid and decided to swing by my record store after putting in a few hours of work today. Took a while just to browse around. They still have a bunch of copies of a bunch of Record Store Day stuff in case anyone is interested. Plenty of Phish and Grateful Dead boxes, and a ton of other stuff.
Anyway, I ended up picking up Neil Young - A Letter Home and then stumbled upon a White Stripes release I never knew existed. I guess it's a live release/unofficial thing but I saw it and it grabbed it immediately.
