Duuuuude, I'll trade you any Southern beer of your choice if you can bring some Hooker ale (even 1!) from the great Nutmeg State! I drank that when I lived there & haven't been back since '99. I miss the CT microbrews (but NOT the damn blue laws!) Don't even get me started on how much I miss having lobster traps a few feet from the kitchen. *sigh*
I've never seen anything from Thomas Hooker in cans, so I couldn't bring it to the farm.

I've been unable to locate a new user thread (probably due to pre-Bonnaroo partying...), however, hello. I figured this one may be appropriate enough.
Beer is good. I most certainly will not be drinking anything involved with MillerCoors this weekend (Such as: Leinenkugel, Blue Moon, Miller), though. Trying to destroy craft/micro brewing in my state? I think not, sir.
If my memory serves me, the tics are $1, and a beer can cost as much as 7 tickets. Does that sound right, everyone?
Pretty sure that tickets are roughly $1. Might be some kinda deal if you spend $10 or $20 at a time, but I don't remember. But yes, a full beer can cost as much as seven or eight tickets! You can get about 1/3 of a beer as a sample from anywhere from two to four tickets usually. Some of the full beers I think might only be four or five tickets, but that'd be your average garbage "beer" like Budweiser or what have you.
