I was going to up LCD Soundsystem and Dave Rawlings tonight, but Megaupload isn't cooperating. I'll try to get them in before work tomorrow, if not, then tomorrow evening, along with (hopefully) The xx, Jay Electronica, Marley & Nas, John Prine, the Dead Weather, and Dan Deacon.

I'm probably going to play around with the Jay-Z recording as much as possible. I'm not a fan of the audio that was coming through the Youtube broadcast (most notably, there are random drops or jumps in the audio level), so I'm going to load up the files in audacity and see if I can't boost/normalize them a bit more.
You are a golden god!! Thank you so much for capturing these webcasts, especially the NPR ones. I was attempting to do it all day yesterday but could not find a reliable way of recording off the soundcard without paying (I emptied out the bank account making it to bonnaroo last minute) if I could possibly request you include these shows (if they even aired, I would greatly greatly greatly appreciate it):
-She & Him -The Dead Weather -The Black Keys -Flaming Lips

Thanks man!!! This is amazing! WOO BONNAROO!!!
I plan on doing all of those with the exception of the Black Keys, which wasn't broadcast.
Edit: I'm hoping to get to the following tonight: - The Flaming Lips - Isis - The National
And then hopefully I'll start in on the Punch Bros., Avetts, Jay Electronica, Nas/Marley, Dan Deacon.
Last night I got way hung up tracking Neon Indian - seeing as how pretty much every song bled into each other, it took forever to split properly. That shouldn't be a problem with most other stuff going forward.
The ones upped by tdwriter on etree, taped by inforoo's very own willsfc, sound fantastic. They're audience recordings, but they are unbelievably good ones.
So the links in the original post are all tracked?
Yep. Took the original WAV recording, split it into seamless tracks, loaded it into iTunes, entered info for the track number, artist, album, and song name, then converted to 320 kbps MP3 files.
