Yea, I too walked by the trading blanket a couple times each day. (it was near a shower area or something that flooded each day, right)? We saw all kinds of cool things on there throughout the weekend. Never took or left anything. But I must say, the coolest thing that we saw was a used gift card with like 4 bucks on it to Ear X-Tacy (one of the best music shops around, and in my town)! Anyways, me and my buddies liked the idea alot, and had a lot of fun brousing it each time we passed.
I got the palahniuk signed penguin, exchanged it for hunks of palo santo wood and some sweet grass. I always gots the Smell Good on me. I'm doing smaller fests this year and am thinking of continuing the tradition. I already have a bunch of cool stuff to start it off with. I did run into the dude who got the LED shirt. He was totally loving it.
My wife and I traded at your blanket last year! We took our beards from the fake Beard and Mustache contest and left them. One was fake flowers, one was long ribbon curls, one was coffee beans, and one was moss with two clay figures lying down on the grass.
We're setting up a trade blanket at our camp this year, so thanks for the inspiration!
i saw it last year! we stopped and looked at it, and i think someone I was with traded something for a very small squirt gun or something, but its a very foggy memory.
Glad to see even though Brandon can't make it this year that he will be there in spirit. Met him in a chat room last year and ended up meeting at walmart and camping with him. I'm going to send him updates on the ducks and any trade blankets I see.
the moment i read this thread i knew i'd have to do it... i hope brandon is pleased to see his kindness spreading. please look for me! i'd love for some of you to trade at my... tapestry

Music fuels us as we continue to conquer the battlefields of boredom and artistic freedom.
