Don't underestimate The Wall:
Unlike most of the others, it's a double album.
They did a movie of it too, adding a visual element and some very compelling and disturbing imagery.
It's got a social commentary aspect to it -- dealing with isolation, alienation, and the relationship between performer and audience. Lots of musicians try their hands at social commentary, but few do so as skillfully.
To me it's way more than an album and it's had a special place in my heart for 30+ years.
