I've got a good feeling Wilco will be there. Probably on What 6pm-8pm. That doesn't answer the Saturday headliner or hip-hop/rap headliner.
Agreed. The only feasible rap headliner at the moment is Kanye West. I highly doubt Dre would be prepared to perform a headlining set by June and Kanye is the only rapper other than Eminem (who I just don't see happening) who has a big enough production currently to hold that spot.
Of course unless there will be a late night set by Drake or Lil' Wayne and Rolling Stones just take over headlining Saturday.

Its not Kanye. I promise.
So we just say no hip-hop Saturday headliner and expect the Stones? Perhaps?
She is throughout florida. I see in some markets shes doing house of blues though. and most other places im not familiar with the venue size. sooo yeah
Ok I'm ready to admit when im wrong.. and i was. the arenas are when shes opening for katy perry. def not the huge draw i thought based on my original observation of her playing arenas
I've been thinking all day of a big name that could conceivably headline that hadn't been mentioned here and the only one I could come up with is Justin Timberlake. He's been to Roo before. He's maybe borderline hip hop. Is that too crazy?

insider stated that 1 out of the top 6 on the bill is a hip hop act. also, Lil Wayne (according to her) is NOT the act
It must be Dre and Eminem
So it would likely have to be Dre and Em? I can't think of any names left other than those two who could be billed that high. Outkast isn't ready, plus Big Boi is obviously busy promoting himself. So yeah I'd say Eminem unless it's Kanye of course...

obviously, because Dr. Dre and Eminem together are the only 2 hip-hop acts in the world besides Lil Wayne, and they can't perform seperately either. Just together. Dre OR Eminem - maybe.

There has been no evidence that Dre plans to support the release with live shows. Plus, how would the logistics of that set work? Regardless if he's backed by Eminem, Dre would still be rusty as hell. I just don't see it, tbh.

Agreed. If Dre was ready, I still think he'd be booked as a single act. It's either Eminem or Kanye. If Dre does make it, it'll likely just be as a special guest IF eminem is booked.

Dre showed up at all 4 of the Jay-Z/Eminem shows- I was at the first Yankee Stadium show- he did 2 or 3 songs with Eminem and promised detox was coming soon. I know some said after the shows that Dre was quoted as saying performing live inspired him to finish up his albums- so who knows maybe he wants to head a festival too. Eminem also had G-Unit come out as guests during his set. I'd put my money on it just being Eminem solo but don't be surprised if you have a Dr Dre surprise guest. (Then again, i expected that during the Jay Z set last year- but at Yankee stadium he had at least 12 guests with him ranging from Chris Martin to Beyonce)

In your opinion, who do you see filling the spot, alex?
