Im bringing back the Daft Punk specualtion lol. I heard from my friend's cousin's barber who cuts one of the guys from Daft Punk's hair that Daft Punk is doing a LN set on Saturday this year.
....if this fabricated story ends up being right, you must all bow down to me
I'm surprised I haven't seen any love for Adele here. New album out that is pretty quackin great, and tour dates that hint at the possibility. thursday the 9th in hollywood, and then Sunday the 12th at Stubbs in Austin and she's booked almost every day for the next month, save a week at the end of april.
I agree the new album is good and she's gotten a bump since she played Roo in 2008. Maybe she'll be in the almost mythical adds
A recent update to their web page says that they are going to Russia at the end of April. Maybe they're defecting and not coming back? Or maybe they are going on an extended (and unexpected?) tour far far away.
have we discussed the possibility of Karl Denson's Tiny Universe yet? he's playing lots of fests this year including Hangout, Electric Forest, AllGood, and Nateva.
he's also in Chattanooga on 6/11 for Riverbend Festival. is this a big possibility is or is there like a rule that u can't play Bonnaroo and Riverbend in the same year?
i think he would be appropriate for Bonnaroo X seeing as how he played latenight in 2002.
22-20s via Facebook: In answer to some of your questions over the past few days, we have regretfully had to pull out of Bonnaroo. Over the past couple of weeks we've been organising the studio time for the album and, as much as we tried to find a way around it, will be in England recording through June and aren't able to fly back for the show...
This was just posted on Bonnaroo's facebook by them in the comment section:
Hey everyone, we've got lots of exciting announcements coming soon!
Soon? Hopefully soon ACTUALLY means soon.
Yeah, but they seem to feel they give us exciting announcements every day. Tomorrow's will be about the handiness of mist tents, and how Bonnaroo graciously supplies them in select places.

Ashley Capps himself replied to my tweet earlier today:
Chris (Me): Anthony Kiedis can you tell us when additions to #bonnaroo will be announced?
Anthony Kiedis: chris we're planning to announce more towards the end of next week.
There you go!
they'll beat the half way point by nearly a week that way, hooray Bonnaroo! once we get them we won't really care how long it took anymore, but it did suck to wonder longer than usual
Just to add fuel to the fire but on one of those craptastic Facebook polls run by radio stations, 101.5 in Roanoke, VA just asked "who would you like to see play in Roanoke, from Bonnaroo!".
The list was usual suspects. Robert Plant, Mumford and Sons, Black Keys, and then two very odd choices.
Fleet Foxes. Felice Brothers.

Isn't that the second mysterious Fleet Foxes mention? I think I remember you posting something else like that but I can't remember what.
