girl talk will probably draw the biggest "party" but as i say everywhere else, awesome for the people that want to see anyone else. having that many people at a tent really thins out the crowd where you want to get down. i love listening to girl talk in the car or at a party, but i'd rather see something else live. just not my thing live.
i think i'll probably dance the most at pretty lights, ratatat, sci, dr. john. to name a few
I dig Girl Talk live, but I agree with your first sentiment. I'm honestly hoping, at this point, that Girl Talk conflicts with another dance act I wanna see, because it'd be an easy conflict to choose, and as you said, the crowd for whatever is playing against GT is gonna be nice and roomy.

im surprised there isn't more nominations for pretty lights. I have never seen them live, and i just started listening to it when i thought the lineup music was cool... but I have been loving me some pretty lights now and felt that he would throw the best party.

Make no mistake, sir. Pretty Lights will be a fucking blaaaaaast.
Gypsy punk review. I've never seen more dancing than at gogol and devotchka shows. even at raves. The gypsy really brings out a sense of commraddery in the audience too.
"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed Fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio." -Hunter S. Thompson
I just saw Girl Talk and he has stepped his show up from even 2009. There was so much balloons and confetti I couldn't even see the stage at times. Plus, he has a really good light show now.

I saw him at a college springfest weekend and it was him just on stage with the crowd dancing. Very little dance and no balloons or confetti. I can't wait for that!!!

I know I may be the last one on here to hear girl talk but I listened to him the other day and was floored simply blown away. I have no idea what to say about it other than craziness

I'll clear this up. Bassnectar is NOT dubstep. He is nectar of bass. Lorin himself describes his music as "amorphous freestyle bass music." I will be getting down at Bassnectar. I've seen both Bassnectar and Pretty Lights in a relatively small venue, and both crowds never stopped moving. Girl Talk is one giant party. I'll see Girl Talk May 24th in the same venue which I saw Bassnectar and PL. I expect it to get oh so trashy. All 3 will bring MASSIVE energy to Bonnaroo this year. There is no best.
