was it still a long wait? was the comedy tent the same way also?
We haven't made it to the Cinema Tent for the last couple of years, so I don't know how it was. The comedy tent was definitely still a long wait. I think we waited about three hours for Lewis Black (his first show, I believe, early), and we were in the gated part, maybe 30 or 40 people back. We waited 4 hours for David Cross (his last show, Friday night), and we were the third group of people in line.
The forming of lines for the Comedy Tent was a little confusing. We actually tried to go see David Cross on Thursday by getting back into line after we got out of Lewis Black, but two lines ended up forming, and we were afraid we were gonna end up waiting forever and then not get in.
Also, when we did see him on Friday, they actually led us in and seated us in specific seats rather than just opening up and letting people sit where they wanted. Apparently, that was the only time they did it that way. It was kind of wierd, but it worked out really well for us because we ended up dead center in the second row.
