Seriously, I would enjoy most "cartoon" bands over a select few real-life bands. Who wouldn't want to jam out to Jabberjaw and The Neptunes on the farm?

what does everyone think about the Hangout lineup?
Meh
I agree with you for the most part. There are definitely some acts I would love to see though. Any chance we get Steve Winwood, Randy Newman, or M. Ward? I would absolutely love that

Dr Teeth and the Electric Mayhem FTW.
No lie, that would be incredible.
We went to FAO Schwartz this weekend and they have a Build-Your-Own-Muppet station. I cried when I saw it.

How many f****ng bands is Flea in? It's getting hard to keep up. Three of his projects are releasing/have released albums in like a 9 month span, assuming the AFP album ever actually happens.

There are some acts I wouldn't mind seeing, but I wouldn't head to Alabama for it.
It's okay. Maybe we'll branch out to Sasquatch or Hangout when my boys are a little older, but after how wonderful everyone (staff and Rooers) was to my children at Bonnaroo last year, Manchester has a huge place in our hearts. We'll be back to Bonnaroo no matter who has the best lineup.
Anyone else believe Nas & the Roots is more likely than Drake ft. the Roots or John Legend ft. the Roots. I've seen those last 2 or many mocks. But I believe Nas ft. the Roots is way more likely, afterall, they did perform together at the Roots Picnic this past summer. I'd love to catch them together at Roo.
Jack White, Wilco, FLips and SCI is plenty for me. I would pay 50 to see any of them.
I realize that most of you have seen some or all of these but I have seen NONE of them.
The list of other shows that look good to me are: DMB (Im not a huge fan, but I hear he puts on good shows so I will check it out) STS9 (missed em at roo due to being a vagina and going back to camp to sleep) Gogol (same as above) Skrillex (I want to molly out and catch this show. bite me) G Love Alabama Shakes Gary Clark Jr Flogging Molly Paper Diamond (close as Im gonna come to Bisco this summer I guess)
There's plenty there for me.
By the way I have seen absolutely NONE of the bands listed above. Zero. So yes. I like the lineup for me. Im going.
Edited to remove a joke that nobody seemed to get.

doesn't really have anything to do with whether or not they're playing but i went to the taping of jimmy fallon and nas performed with the roots... it was pretty awesome. hopefully one or both end up playing
Hope Dispatch makes the jump from Hangout to Bonnaroo. While people can relive their high school days during Refused at Coachella, Dispatch (or ATDI) at Bonnaroo would allow me to do the same.

Good call, a Dispatch show could really pull a crowd away from the other, much better shows. I approve Dispatch just for the sake of distracting a large fraction of Roo
