Never lived in CT, but lived in Port Jefferson Long Island New York during middle/high school, and took the ferry into Bridgeport CT several times. Does that count for anything? If not, I understand.

he said he was on the port jeff ferry. In his defense when you hop on a ferry in port jeff there's no possible way you can think it takes you to a place as shizzy as bridgeport. I had a gf who lived in Long Island a few years ago and I used to take the ferry to visit her.
Yeah. We were like 13 or 14 years old, and we'd just ride our ten-speed bikes onto the ferry and go over and get a Slurpee or something, and then immediately come back. It was more a deal of us just being unsupervised seafarers, than a matter of saying "Sweet. We're in scenic, fragrant Bridgeport!"

For all your late night alcohol needs: whether it be packies open past 9, beer at gas stations (no to Citgo, yes to the Valero), or some sketchy bars filled with Portuguese speaking immigrants open till 4 am.
First town across the NY state line on I-84, next to Danbury.
I've actually never needed a late night packy run. My mommy taught me to be prepared!!

Last year we lft on tuesday.....drove to Allentown, PA.......stayed in hotel.....Then Wed drove to TN...(about 30-40 min away from Roo) Stayed in hotel....Woke up and got in line about 8.......Wait wasnt long at all.

Oh wow, Radio104 Fest was where I saw TONS of bands for the first time in the '90s. Between that at the Meadows & other fests like HORDE & Lolla at Great Woods... makes me miss the northeast & all its music, snow & seafood.

I'm a Southern girl who LOVES Connecticut! My company's corporate office is in Cheshire, and I always enjoy the 1-2 times a year I make it up there. I often say I would move up there in a heartbeat. They always tell me I'm crazy!
