Someone bringing up Roo made me realize something. I give so little of a shit about it this year I can't even remember 10 bands that are on the lineup.

The older one is going on a school trip to Atlanta next month. We had our totally unneeded yet mandatory parents meeting tonight. In you were worrying too much progress was being made in the world, the teachers speech about the dress code was 15% Wear good shoes, 85% Girls dress appropriately because we don't want boys making comments and 0% Boys don't make shitty comments.
My congressman posted that on Facebook the other day. (Or whatever staffer is handling the account). Whoever is posting on there has been on a shit talking hot streak lately.

Without the force of the original Daily Show.. and the way the internet has panned out.. I think that's a necessity. I applaud that staffer.
Why has no one told me that someone robbed a bank and then threw the money over Taylor Swift’s fence? You guys are seriously slacking. I’m on vacation. I can’t be expected to keep up with all this shit.

When you grew up with brown gravies primarily, and when someone makes white and also makes mashed potatoes, and when you get a 1/4 bowl of it to go in a bowl with some fresh off the cob corn and protein, and you think maybe it was just that someone wanted softer mashed potatoes and added milk, and you still didn’t figure that shit out until hours later, you come to the realization that isn’t a mistake you can make very often once you get old. But I’m not hungry /postjack
A woman at work "accidentally" took my phone yesterday. She sat her stuff on a table where my phone was sitting and when she picked all of her stuff up she also picked up my phone. I got it back but someone else brought it to me. So I didn't see the woman again until this morning. She didn't even mention what happened yesterday. Is it because it's not that big a deal? I didn't mention it either. I thought she would apologize or something? I'm leaning more towards she took it on purpose. Am I right?
I think that there's nowhere near enough information to answer that.
I'm mostly judging from her not saying anything this morning. I would think someone that did it accidentally would have saying sorry about taking your phone yesterday, I thought it was mine or I wasn't even thinking about it or something. Anything.
FWIW, I think it's weird she said nothing. I would be apologizing profusely had it been me who took someone else's property... but everyone reacts differently.

If I was her I would've apologized, but in the end her lack of apology doesn't matter. You got your phone back, so you've been made whole. I'd forget it and move on, but also wouldn't trust the alleged thief with anything moving forward.

That's how I feel most people would react. That's why I questioned it.
