Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Spectrum took interns from my school last year. A friend worked with them from May through September. It's a great bunch to work for. She was making the food, not managing though.
I definitely wouldn't sign up for this thinking you're getting a free ticket to the festivals. Of the 4 my friend worked at, Roo was the only one she got to really walk around and see anything.
That sucks. I figured it'd be like what I did this year. Like 12hrs on/12 hours off, or something similar. However, it could have something to do with the fact that Roo is the only camping fest on that list, idk about the Canada one though.
Yeah, I mean, she was on the catering end for artists and staff so that might be part of it. But, she got a "short shift" one night at Roo (she only worked 8 hours that day) and walked around for a bit. She worked 12+ hours a day at festivals, and a little less during the golf tournaments. I'd think since this one says they're looking for people to manage the stands, it's probably closer to the hours you worked and you'd get to enjoy whatever music was on the closest stage.

ohhhh yeahhhh. that sounds less fun than I was envisioning.
if I were to do any job related to traveling to fests, I would much rather be interactive with people - and no, those who are hangry do not count. I should just volunteer everywhere else I go. I would get the best of both worlds.
Shit. Once again so much happebed. 1. Cheetos are chips and delicious. 2. I used to hate puffed but now love puffed Cheetos. But only the regular and puffs. 3. Hot fries are gross. 4. Congrats on the wedding! 5. Nobody in the real south drink Pepsi 6. My snapchat DOES NOT take pictures 7. Snap crack does.
Last night I saw that there are new flavors to Totino's pizza rolls. I should've snapped you all instead of just one person... Buff chick, Spicy Taco and JALAPENO POPPER! I can't wait.
The Jalapeno Popper ones are nasty. I've yet to try the other two, but I'm sure they'd work better.
They tell us "Rock'n'roll is the devil's music." Well, let's say we know that rock is the devil's music, and we know that it is, for sure … At least he fuckin' jams! If it's a choice between eternal Hell and good tunes, and eternal Heaven and New Kids on the fuckin' Block … I'm gonna be surfin' on the lake of fire, rockin' out.
First you post a GIF from Summer heights high. Now you're showing love for Strangers with Candy? I like your style. I may be able to forgive you for your opinions on chips and chip-like items now.
Strangers with Candy was the best. I also love the movie and Chris Pratt's extreme speed when running down the stairs.
Love Strangers with Candy. Amy Sedaris is the sister to my favorite author, David Sedaris. Two really talented people came out of that family. Seriously, if you enjoy reading and laughing your ass off while doing so, go buy one of his books. Some of David's life adventures and the way he writes about them, remind me of our very own RandyAnal
Aww, thank you, Ms. Dude.
My dad's a farmer and I used to do work for him. David Sedaris' audiobooks were some of my favorite ways to pass time in the tractor. I haven't checked him out in a while but my sister started his books this summer and has already burned through most. It's good stuff. I'll download his newest one and give it a listen soon.
I was young and went fishing on the river with my dad, his friend, and that friend's son. They brought along snacks to eat on the pontoon, including Cheetos. My dad's friend prepared his line with a chopped-up frog. After he cast he got to eating snacks with dirty hands. Soon he had the telltale fingers of someone who's been eating Cheetos. He LICKED AND SUCKED the Cheetos dust off his frog gut hands. Never once did he properly clean himself, either post-guts or post-Cheetos. This is the class of people that eat that disgusting* snack.
Why has the puff shape not been adopted for more flavors? It's a one-trick snack vehicle.
I have good news for you my friend.
This is a relief, but the shape is still so cheese-centric. Why not Sour Cream & Onion, a staple of the chip family? Even the BBQ flavor above, another standard snack food offering, is BBQ & Cheese.
Can our palates not handle that shape with a different flavor? Maybe it is something in the cheese powder that actually creates the cheeto shape's magic.

Im not supposed to know, but the old lady is gifting me a GoPro 4 Black for Christmas and I am losing my mind. Random thought, are they going to try and take this GoPro from me at the Centeroo entrance like they did this past year?
I wrote about my dead dog and how she loved eating deer guts:
"Halfway along the trail is a dip where water flows from a field to the river. Here a hunter leaves field dressed deer whose pelt and bones lay preserved. For years Pappy chewed those dead things, using a paw for leverage as her jaw pulled free the mangy fur."

My friend tried to take hers in last year and they told her no, but she just walked it back to camp.
if my calculations are correct, 3 of my college boyfriends/flings got engaged in the last month. wtf.
In my 20s, all of my exes got engaged/married to the girl after me except one, and he knocked up the girl after me. (One didn't get married though, they ended up breaking up after a 7 year engagement)
