RIP Jason Molina. This record, as music often does, left on indelible mark on me. It came along during a contentious time in my life, it helped me through so many years ago and continues to occupy prominent spot in my music collection.
I was lucky enough to meet Jason a few times at the Bottletree, he always tried to play there when he came through town. Honestly one of the most genuine people you could possibly come across. He always made it a point to sit down out on the porch and talk to anyone and everyone that wanted to speak with him. I can't tell you how many people I heard him encourage. I hope you found your peace, brother.
