Our thoughts are there as well.

Coming soon:
- at Brunch 2012, Abra and MaeMae won 1 GA ROO ticket to Gift for this years Roo. Ticket has been purchased, there will be more to come on this soon.. but go ahead and get your dancing shoes on and video cameras ready.

Website: Plastic Pepper has been working hard to update our site. We have made a few changes and encourage all to check out the site. If you have a story and want to share it, we would love to hear it.
I've been checking out the website - great job by the way. My hubby was recently approached by some kind souls who are trying to start up a foundation, or something (whatever they're calling it), to provide resources to children of military kia (killed in action). When my husband was very young, his father was KIA in Vietnam, so he knows all too well the challenges of growing up under the shadow of the loss of a parent. Currently there are a few resources provided to spouses of KIAs, but none that we know of for the children. The idea is to sponsor the children in a way by picking up the tab for things like sports registration/equipment, music lessons, art lessons, maybe even a sort of "big brother" type program. IDK, it is still in the development stages but is something that these folks, as well as my husband and I, are very passionate about. Would be interested in any input the good folks of QSAROO have to offer, as well as a possible shout out on your website once we get things rolling. Candles lighting other candles!

These kindred souls are on their way to helping a lot of young kids. That is awesome! We see ourselves; as a vessel that carries a message bigger than all of us and we love to see and hear about other vessels. Thank you for sharing! PM sent.
PS- Oops I spoke too soon, the website changes are not up just yet, What I saw and am excited about was just a copy of it, that is in my email, which means they will be up ASAP. PSS- finishing up the last details on a chance to:
Win a Free Ticket To Bonnaroo! Details by weeks end.
Hello Inforoo! Last year, we helped a member of Inforoo take his daughter to Bonnaroo. We had a prearrange payment agreement for post Bonnaroo. Tommyboy(TB) was on time and held up his end of the deal. Today, we continue to hold up our end.
This is a one-time gifted ticket, called the;
Tommyboy Ticket
TB, is a local from TN and he wanted to take a family member to the Farm last year. He took his daughter. We helped a local, from Tennessee, take his family to Bonnaroo and we wanted to continue to stay with in those boundaries, as much as possible. We want to gift this ticket to a local Inforooian and it be for their family member. Searching the forum, we found someone with a story that touched us.
Mamba24, was looking for a ticket to help his cousin, Brandon, get back to the Farm. Besides having a regular job, Brandon also takes care of his grand mother, whom has Alzheimer's. Money is tight. They went last year, but his cousin was not well rested and had to leave early to get back home. We wanted to help Brandon have a Bonnaroo-redo.
So mamba, tell your cousin to get ready for a 4 night vacation trip to the Farm!
With a few rules, we gotta have rules...
1st, We invite you and Brandon to the Inforoo Brunch on Friday. It has become an underwritten rule, that ones who received a gifted ticket have to do a Happy Dance, so be ready to do a Happy Dance! We have had some amazing Happy dances in the past and we expect this year there to be some serious competition.
2nd, Yo B! WHATTTTTTTT!?! We heard about you missing most of Roo. Please, do not let that opportunity get away again. Get some rest before Bonnaroo. Drink plenty of water, rest often! Do not only do it for yourself, see as many shows as you can and check out a show you never thought you would have, but do it for all of us, all of us who can not make it back to the Farm. We would love to hear about it when you get back. For us who can not make it, have a blast for us. Thank you!
We know taking care of Grandma is not easy, QUACK Alzheimer's! We highly admire you for being able to do that. Brandon, your story made us want to give you the Tommy Boy Ticket. Congrats!
We are also taking you at your word. We have not met, but we believe your Grandma would beat your arse if she found out you were not telling the full truth about her.
This post makes me so happy!! As someone who's loved someone with Alzheimers, Brandon's story touched my heart and I have been secretly hoping he would get to make it to the farm this year. Once again, QSAROO comes through and does a good deed for a deserving person! Congrats Brandon, and thanks to your sweet cousin Maba for nominating you for this prize!

Many, many moons ago, a couple of strangers came together on Inforoo to flesh out an idea, and the QSAROO was born. We are grateful for the reception Inforoo has given us and our vision. This community comes together in so many ways to support our own. We are thankful and appreciative for your support of QSAROO.
As has always been the plan, the founding members are handing the reigns over to the next set of leaders. We will be here supporting as we can however it is time to let new hands shape the next years of QSAROO.
We are very happy to share that the amazing, caring, and ever thoughtful custeph and krissyjo will now, as officially as our unofficial group gets, be at the helm.
The remaining QSAROO funds of $136.00 has been transferred to CUSteph's stewardship. With the annual scholarship on the horizon, as always offers to help, and/or donations: ticket, monetary, or gift contributions towards this would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to Steph and/or Krissy Jo.
Thank you for the support and contributions that have kept QSAROO and the scholarship alive and for the ongoing support we know you will give to these lovely ladies.
I'm positively honored to be handed the torch along with Steph. You guys started something amazing and we will absolutely keep it going with your beautiful vision in mind. xo

And................ it's almost April 1st. Shall I give a hint? Why yes i think i will. The answer to whatever number the question is - is if your pee is dark yellow, or any spectrum darker in the rainbow, you are Dehydrated and MUST a) lay low, water, salt b) hit up one of the amazing nurses of Inforoo and get and IV drip or c) get your ass to the medic tent! This is the one question on the app that there shall be no joking. The rest are fair game.
I will have more to post later after I get some rest & can think straight, but I had to come here to say how very grateful we were to QSAROO for giving us the opportunity to make it to the farm this year. My husband & I have been together for 18 years, married 12 years last month, and without a doubt this was the most fun we have ever had together.
Also, I'm not sure if these little people were more excited to see us yesterday or play with our cool new stuff!
My husband & I had an absolute blast! I have said this, and we both agree, that in our 18 years together, 12 years married, we have never had as much fun together as we did at Bonnaroo. That right there is irreplaceable & unforgettable. So once again, thank you so very much.
Ever since I won the scholarship, my husband had had mixed feelings about coming to Roo. He is a homebody, not at all a camping type of person. He needs his bed, his AC, his big screen TV. For a year he had heard me rave about my experience last year, & he just wasn't sure if it was for him. You cannot imagine how happy it makes me to hear him say several times this week how he wishes we were back on the farm & how much he can't wait until next year. I am a very happy person right now, thanks to QSAROO & all the wonderful people involved.
I wish I could have hung out with you guys more & will definitely plan on it next year, but this go around it was wonderful to spend time with my man. To experience it all again thru his eyes. To spend 4 days together, not worrying about jobs, money, kids, etc. Just to be with each other. I believe we saw over 40 shows, drank WAY too much, meet a ton of great folks, & ate a bunch of yummy food. We even went to Skrillex rocking our crowns & my RooTu! I believe a few of you got a drunk text from me Saturday night. Sorry about that!
I'm so excited about the future of QSAROO & the role I want to play in it. I so want another couple to feel like we felt last week & continue to feel now. I am all about lighting candles from here on out!
And here we are, three years later. I still cannot fully express what winning that QSAROO scholarship meant & continues to mean to me, but I do hope my actions speak to it. I am honored to continue being a part of this amazing group of amazing people, doing amazing things. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow. A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle. Great words to live by, y'all.

I was thinking of spearheading a charity Inforoo calendar to raise money for QSAROO. The theme would be "The Men of Inforoo with Cute Animals" (I'm too lazy to make a catchier title at the moment). I think it would be ridiculous and could raise money for a good cause that goes right back into the community. And there are rumors that Siggy will appear in a Speedo, so really that's all the motivation I need.
If there's support for this let me know any I'll look into it further.

We had a similar idea a couple years back. I don't recall what became of it. I say go for it!

We made one. My cat Loki was August I think. Wearing a tutu. He hated that fucking tutu.
