"The Muses They are the daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne. They are known for the music of their song, which brings joy to any who hear it. There are nine Muses, each with her own specialty: Clio (History), Urania (Astronomy), Melpomene (Tragedy), Thalia (Comedy), Terpsichore (Dance), Calliope (Epic Poetry), Erato (Love Poetry), Polyhymnia (Songs to the Gods), Euterpe (Lyric Poetry)."
Polyphonic Spree
Polyhymna (song for the gods)
Whats your flavor? Meaning which of the 9. Well, Polyhymnia is for songs.... Spree is also a candy with many flavors...
Also, can be crunchy or not
this will be where my hopes are set until proven wrong. After wich the hope will still be there, just directed at this clue.
A name amongst the titans could be referring to pomegranates, as Greek mythology is littered with references to the fruit. Pomegranates have PULP
What's your favorite flavor could be in reference to orange juice, as we all know you can get that with PULP or no pulp, or medium pulp, or extra pulp.

So whatsyourfavoriteflavor.com doesn't exist, but if you had a u and make it british it links to a website about jelly beans.
I mentioned this a few pages back. Let me dig it up...
EDIT: I reposted it below. It was super early when i originally posted it so it's probably drivel. But probably no more so than everything else that has been said on here over the last 20 pages or so.
I think we're about spent until GC graces us with his presence.
Upcoming shows: Ryan Adams 1-25-12 Red Wanting Blue 1-28-12 The Black Keys w/ The Arctic Monkeys 3-??-12
"On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio." — Hunter S. Thompson
So, I hope I didn't miss this in here (I skimmed pretty thoroughly though), I think it could be Ice Cube. He was in one of the biggest rap groups, The NWA. The NWA is a titan, if you will. I thought it could be Dr. Dre, but the second part of the clue talking about the flavor makes me think it's Ice Cube. Lots of places servce frozen shaved ice and you pick a flavor to pour over it. I mean, I could be wrong, I usually am about these clues... but I like my logic.
I googled "what's your favorite flavor" and found that Jelly Belly, makers of those gourmet jelly beans with all the awesome flavors like buttered popcorn and toasted marshmallow, actually have www.whatsyourfavouriteflavour.com as their official UK website.
So i started typing jelly bean in the google toolbar and it auto-completed "jelly bean music video." Up popped about a million articles about a video this japanese-american singer/songwriter released a few months back featuring stop motion animation consisting of 288,000 Jelly Belly jelly beans.
Kina Grannis is her name. Couldn't come up with a good Titans connection, tho.
She did win the Doritos "Crash the Super Bowl" contest a couple years ago and as a result landed an Interscope recording contract and had her music featured in Doritos commercials during Super Bowl XLII. The Titans didn't play in Super Bowl XLII, but maybe by being in super bowl commercials her name was amongst the titans of advertising and what-not???
A stretch, I know, but check out the music video anyway if you'd like. It's damn cool.
Jackson had mentioned www.whatsyourfavouriteflavour so here's a re-post that I had mentioned it in this morning, in case he can do something with it.
I think I may have gone further into the Awesome-Points hole by re-posting my own material, but I don't need inforoo to tell me whether or not i'm awesome. I know i'm not.

Maybe it refers to Pomegranates? Indie-pop band from Cincinnati, my hometown. I'd be down for that, seeing that we were represented decently last year with Bootsy, Walk the Moon and Brian Olive (ex-Greenhorne who played sax in the SuperJam).

I see they have a new album coming out in 2012. Hmm
Favorite flavor could also be a reference to all the juices that have pomegranate in them now. Cran-pom, grape-pom, apple-pom, etc.
Ok, I didn't see anything about this after a quick look at the thread but something that is crunchy, but not always is peanut butter....can we go anywhere with that?

Aside from goober grape, does peanut butter come in more than one flavor though?

Peanut butter only comes in one flavor. Peanut.
But there are other nut butters. Pecan, almond, walnut, etc.
Dictionary.com defines "serial music" as: noun 20th century music that uses a definite order of notes as a thematic basis for a musical composition [syn: serialism]
I don't think this helps much, but I was just running with the cereal/serial idea.

Green Jelly -biggest record is Cereal killer Soundtrack, so they can also be crunchy -had to change their name from Green Jello because of food titan Kraft Foods -also at one point included Danny Carey (5 years) and Maynard James Keenan (one song) who are rock titans.

On the tail of that.... TOOL Adam "pacman" Jones played for the Titans.
from Tennessee (amongst the Titans), and there songs are monster themed Funk. General Mills discontinued a cereal called Fruity Yummy Mummy, and i dont need to tell any of you about their line of monster themed cereal.
I think the most logical answer so far is The Mars Volta, but not many of us can seem to agree on that. Who knew this clue would be so hard after the first one was figured out so quickly!?
One type of food that can be crunchy and comes in different flavors is pie. But the only band that comes to mind in that case is Humble Pie and that's totally out of the question, right? What about Peter Frampton?
Also, Hershey kisses come in different flavors and can be crunchy...Would Bonnaroo ever actually book KISS?
Both of those names are "amongst the titans" in that they're classic acts known worldwide. But I still believe the fact that "Titans" is capitalized is deliberate and refers to a specific group of people. The Tennessee Titans would make the most sense but I've already looked up and down their roster and found nothing notable, has anyone else found anything in those names? Any notable members of possible bands with the same name as someone on that team?
The Roots are also among the "titans" of their genre/style of music and there are plenty of roots out there that are edible and can be crunchy.
All I got for now... I know these are stretches but we can use any type of help we can get at this point.
Rooin' since '05...(except 2014...worst June of my life!)
"Hey Peter Frampton! Do you like toast too? Yes, as do I. It is warm and crispy, and a perfect place for jelly to lay. Now stay the hell away from me Frampton, I ain’t got sh*t to say to you!"
