You get an 8 car pass for 24 people. For every 3 people more you get another pass. If you have more people in the cars, you still get the extra passes. My group for Bonnaroo is huge (includes friends from 5 different states including PA, NJ, RI, NY, and TN) with almost 40 people across 9 vehicles. We do at least 4 to a car (plus usually a few people will rent mini-vans). So, with some basic math, if we have about 50 people this year in our group (it's growing) we will get about 16 vehicle passes for only about 12-13 cars. That means lots of extra partay room. It's not really about the area, I don't mind the 10-15 minute walk, and I feel like the Groop Camping spot will be the party spot this year... 10-20 huge groups that will eventually consolidate into one giant party camp
Quoting an old post, but I figured you'd be able to answer my questions.
So you don't have to have 8 vehicles? I feel like I'd be able to find more people willing to go if we didn't have to drag along 8 cars/trucks to the campsite. Also, how was the groop camping experience? I can't seem to find too much information from people who have actually done it, and I'm interested in how it worked when you got on the farm.
I mean you technically don't have to have to. 24 people is 3 people to a car with 8 cars, if you wanted four to a car you could get away with six cars but from experience, fitting 4 peoples Roo stuff into one car can get tricky.
