You keep saying this about Radiohead and I'm just not buying it. I think 2.5 hours is really the max you could expect out of a Radiohead set that's billed as 2 hours, but hell, even if they play till one I don't know how that's comparable to have a Which Stage LN to split up the crowd.
I think the most likely scenarios are: 1. Schedule shuffle 2. Line up addition (could also be combined with #1, like add Bluegrass Supergroup but not on the Which) 3. Ticket sales are way off and AC doesn't think LN Which is necessary 4. Radiohead plays 3 hours
Was the "we're about to sell out" email just a marketing ploy? Or Maybe their way of saying get tickets now because if you wait any longer we won't be able to ship them on time?
I'm a cynic, but I find it odd that the festival is about to sell out just as it is becoming infeasible for them to sell and deliver anymore tickets. Low attendance is only one of several possibilities.
Well Ashley Capps said to relax, that they have late night stuff that will blow our minds and a couple of things they cant tell us about until they happen. All will be well I'm sure. Late night phish anyone?
When and where did he say that (except for the Superjam set)?

He tweeted it in response to someone saying "No one wants Unchained to play LN!!!" I think this just happened today. Someone posted the tweet in the Unchained thread. I'm too lazy to go look though.
Capps is just trying to get us thinking it's gonna be something different and then trap us with a steel cage once Unchained comes on stage with Ashley as the new singer.

I'd say 99% chance that "stuff we can't tell you about" is the superjam and nothing else
edit - or maybe something along the lines of deervana
Yea I was going to say more along the lines of Deervana and the Portugal. The Man parade. Nothing epic or huge but maybe some secret/special little shows with artists already there. I don't think he's talking about Jack White or anything crazy big like that.

I have a strong strong feeling that there will be a show on the which stage late night on friday.... I really don't like to say daft punk... but wouldn't that be awesome?
There will be a late night friday which stage show!!!
I don't understand why, if the ticket sales are low, he would not publicize this huge surprise to get people to buy tickets. It makes absolutely zero sense. The only thing I take from that tweet is that the Superjam is going to be sick...but I was planning on being there anyway so whatever.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed - I tried to look through the content on this thread, but thought it would be faster/easier for someone to say "it's on page ___" BUT:
Has anyone been using spotify's digster playlists while getting pumped for the 'roo? They have a nice playlist (also I should point out it's not the one put out to announce the line-up in Feb., it's a different one) that has a couple songs by many (if not most) of the artists listed in line-up.
However, there is one non-announced artist in there. Mister Jack White's "Sitting on top of the world" shows up as the 6th song on the play list.
Now, I know this probably means absolutely nothing. But why not? There are a few huge gaps (notably LN which Friday) and some weird scheduling (VH cover band Sat. nite anyone?) that at least allow for this to be entertained. Most likely a strange coincidence that this appears here on the same platform that AC used to announce the line-up, but . . .
Thought I would point it out and let you'll know. . .
Thats pretty cool for everyone who is not going to already be at the what stage for Radiohead. I just think this youtube stuff they are doing is overly cheesy, but, not as bad as last year. Does anyone remember those videos from the ART INSTITUTE last year? I remember they had like 2-3 youtube clips and then they took em down and said forget it..... anyone?????? It was some cheesy day dreamy magic/ girl dancing in a field with tubes and idk what, production value was below poverty standards.
