Was anyone charged for tickets with no confirmation? I clicked on the final purchasing link and was sent to an error page. Then did that again with the same result. No confirmation but charged for 2 TICKETS!!! wtf. Ive emailed bonnaroo but feel totally shafted.
Grrrr. I wasn't even going to buy my ticket today due to some financial issues but I was finally just like, "Screw it, I'm going to be irresponsible and purchase this ticket anyway" and then the site goes down...back to the inner debate about whether or not I should purchase right now :/
It's all your fault. Fate was trying to stop you from making a mistake. Now YOU have f*cked us ALL!
haha, i was actually wondering if maybe it was a sign that i wasn't meant to buy my ticket. I'M SORRY EVERYONE.

Did you get a confirmation email at least saying you had bought tickets? I too clicked the final purchase button bit was pesented with the error screen but I haven't got a confirmation email so I had assumed it didn't go through. Maybe I was wrong?
Wow. Glad I didn't have the scratch to do tickets today. Looks like I might have passed out from anger. Hope tickets last until I can set up my payment plan once this gets fixed.
well StubHub did give away a Total Access bus last year. I'm sure they got hook-ups.
Pretty confident StubHub's connection is with CIDentertainment, not Bonnaroo. Met the StubHub CEO (or some executive rather, but I'm pretty sure it was ceo) at Outside Lands. When they were training us on the shuttle ops pre-fest, some dude (him) was jogging the festival grounds (same time as Phish's soundcheck I might add!). He recognizes Dan from CID and comes over to say hi. It was really cool, I had the president of CID Entertainment tell the CEO of StubHub "Hey this is Greg, he was your Bonnaroo contest winner and now he's working for us."
I've never used StubHub before but how does one go about verifying that they actually have those tickets? Or can anyone just go on there, say they have 10 Bonnaroo tickets, and start selling them before they've even purchased them?
all stubhub purchases are insured by stubhub. i don't think anyone is prevented from saying they have 1000 tickets, but once the tickets are 'sold' stubhub will sue the quack out of you for fraud.
ok, well since NO ONE has a physical Bonnaroo ticket right now, then everyone currently selling these tickets wont be able to hand them over till bonnaroo ships them.
so right now everyone is scamming? or they can go on there, list 10 tickets, get all the money, then buy them, profit, easy game

it would be smart for StubHub to hold the money until after the event. I've never sold on stubhub so I don't know, but I would assume that be an easy way to filter our those kind of re-sellers.

Yeah, there's all these people on Bonnaroo's facebook babbling about how everyone is not acting in the proper Roo spirit because they're mad about the ticket situation. I understand you don't need to rage right now, but I think people totally have a right to be frustrated right now.

My name is Tim and I am I hippy. Last time I went to Roo was last year but then I was thinking maybe I could do Roo again. I went on the internet and it shut down. I knew I had a real problem. Thanks for listening to my story. I've been more than 200 days Roo free but who knows when I will relapse.
Ughhh I was so nervous about getting tickets because I worked until 5 and couldn't get them until around this time and now there's all these server problems or whatever... I don't want it to sell out

It's farrrrr from sold out, the server problems made it almost impossible for the majority of people to get them earlier. I'm pretty sure they didn't even sell out of the Tier 4 tickets yet.
