Actually, now that I think about it, I wouldn't be surprised to see Mumford & Sons back next year, in a big spot - maybe a Which closer. New album coming out this fall, I have a feeling they're going to be hitting the festival circuit big time next year. If it's a weak year, I could honestly see them pulling the Arcade Fire-type headline slot, even.
They sort of already were the Which closer the last time they played. The crowd couldn't have possibly been any bigger either. Probably the reason they expanded the Which Stage area a bit this year.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver

I'm expecting Sleigh Bells back next year in a big spot (late afternoon Which, early afternoon What). I also wouldn't be surprised to see Japandroids, Bombay Bicycle Club, Tame Impala or Real Estate on the bill.

Arctic Monkeys Band of Horses Between the Buried and Me Big Gigantic (again) Bloc Party The Bravery The Darkness A Day to Remember Dream Theater Franz Ferdinand (PLEASE) The Hives Interpol Machine Head Modest Mouse Styx ZZ Top could be fun
Before anyone says anything, I stand by ADTR. I think there would be many fans of theirs there (saw a few shirts actually), and after seeing them plenty of times, I can tell you it's fun and energetic every time, and they're great at getting the crowd involved. Isn't that what Roo's all about? Early afternoon Which would be ideal, but a tent would work too. Don't know where they'd be billed, but I'd be shocked if not the top 20.
Also, with how amazingly Alice Cooper and Danzig fit in this year, I think other unconventional acts (i.e. you wouldn't expect them to ever play Roo) might be good to think about. A couple classic rock acts like Styx and ZZ (could fit the vibe and everyone knows them) would be great.
