Most of the time, I think sports commentators are the worst. Unless I'm watching something with others, I'd rather have music on in the background, or just have the volume low or on mute.

i would sit in my room and read while my dad was watching Yankee games. There will always come a point where Michael Kay will completely fuck up something. My dad would proceed to berate Mr. Kay and question his dedication to the Yankee organization.
The only times this didn't happen was when Paul O'Neil and/or Flash were with Kay in the booth.
If the game wasn't on YES Network and we got Joe Buck, we just muted the tv and listened to Sterling on the radio.

Ugh, Joe buck.
Growing up Tim McCarver and Joe Morgan were the voices of baseball to me.

I'm glad I'm not alone in my distaste for Joe Buck. So bummed out when I watch a game he's commentating.
Vin Scully is my favorite. We listen to the LA radio streams any time the Dodgers played the Padres, he paints such a lovely picture with his words. Dude is like a thousand years old and still putting everyone else to shame.

Joe Buck is super rare in baseball and it's awful. Tim McCarver is also the absolute worst. Buck you can at least just laugh at because he mostly does football, but McCarver... Uuugggghhhhh I hate him.

haha, Tim and Joe both just blabber on about nothing most of the time, but I loved it as a kid.

Except they have Buck as the lead during the World Series...

I haven't watched the World Series since the yanks were in it.
I rarely eat Oreos as is (I am kinda with FuzzyWarbles that I prefer Oreos in my ice ceam- and prefer, I mean LOVE). But my mom just had me try one of these yesterday:
So good! I loved them- the mint ones specifically were pretty Thin Mint-esque, but I bet the regular ones are good too. I like a perfect ratio of cookie to filling- I don't like one without the other, and don't like double stuffed.

JR and our son will take 2 double stuffed Oreos and eat one cookie part off each and then put the rest together for a massive cream oreo. SO GROSS!
