Way to be original in the SEC. I presume they started with one, picked up the other later, and now Mizzou. But 3 of 14 same nickname...
LSU and Auburn were both part of the original SEC when it originated in 1933. I have heard the explanation for why Auburn has two names, but I don't care what their reasoning is. As far as team names go, War Eagles > Tigers.

My poor lab puppy was freaked out the whole game. We got her from the pound at Christmas, so this is her 1st football season with us. She's not used to jumping, screaming, & all that goes with a Clemson football game. Good guys won & I'm a happy Tiger right now!

Some QB in Division III threw for 736 yards. I know it is Division III, but that is a crazy accomplishment on any level of football. It is the new NCAA record.

I still say a 7 point victory over an unranked team is not something to get excited about considering all Sang's talk about Clemson's NC hopes. Also, to update the record of the SEC v. ACC in Chik-Fil-A kick-off weekend, SEC 4 ACC 1
What's exciting for me is that our last game is now a W & not the devastating OB loss that I have tried hard to block from my mind & will never ever bring up again. I never thought we'd be NC this year. A win is a win, & I'll take one against the mighty SEC.
