I would assume if we don't see any significant website theme change or get any official Roo announcement in the next few days, we'll be looking at a Feb 19 line-up drop. But otherwise, holyshizholyshiz we're only a week away!
It's about this time each year when all the fest lineups are getting released that the word "announcement" loses all meaning and starts looking like a caterpillar or something. I have nothing else to contribute to this thread.

Not really sure where to put this question so I figured I'd throw it here....is there a thread or someone have information of who the addition band were each year??? I remember last year I couldn't believe myself because I love the Temper Trap, Rodrigo y Gabriela and then Electric Guest made the lineup so much better for me.
Just curious to see if anyone knows which bands were added each year...just for my own personal loathing I guess

Hey just wondering, did the groop camping slots sell out last year?? My group is thinking of getting groop camping this year but we have just under 24 people and we don't wanna miss out...

Sorry to worry you, but I want to say that it was relatively early on. I just seem to remember a lot of questions on Roo's help board last year asking if they were going to release more.

Thanks, thats good to know so I can tell my group to get themselves together!! Also, would this count as a important bonnaroo date?

tommyu, you may want to talk to jimmyroo about Groop Camping. He did a group last year. I am pretty sure that you don't need the group set in stone at first. You just have to put the deposit down.
I'm pretty sure they haven't announced a deadline to have 24 members set in stone. However, there is a deadline to register for a groop (early March). They will either sell out or close registration by the deadline so I recommend you register now if you want to do it. I'm also pretty sure that your registration fee IS refundable if things don't work out- but I would check the details for that on bonnaroo.com.
Groop Camping is sold out. I'm honestly surprised it lasted this long.
tommyu, I recommend you immediately e-mail Musictoday [bonnarootix@musictoday.com] and request to be placed on a waitlist. This is what I did last year after it sold out because I hesitated (I was also just short of 24). I e-mailed them every single week to ask for updates on where I stood in the waitlist and assured them that I had 24 committed people (even though that wasn't true for another few weeks). Eventually I got off the waitlist when some other groups flaked out.

Good luck.
Was there an email about this?
I don't think so, I never got one but it seemed to have happened...
