I'm seeing a free Jim James show in Louisville tonight at the smallest dump of a bar. I intend to ask him about bonnaroo afterwards and I'll report back the response. Gonna try to get some video also. Anybody in town, hit up seidenfaden's!

Tongus, he's their very special guest tonight, I'm serious. I know the dj putting on the show, its being advertised in very vague terms due to it being him and the bar being so small. Just be there and thank me with a brew, I'm the dude sporting the mohawk.

yeah it happened but it wasn't a Jim James concert. He basically served as guest DJ at this bar in town and played some records there Saturday night. I wasn't there though.

"Know Til Now" has Bonnaroo written all over it.... how bout a Jim James LN tent > surprise parade leading to full blown MMJ LN Which (since no one will be scheduled there during Bjork on What)

The tent curation thing is an awesome idea. Can't remember who all has done it in the past beyond David Byrne and Gogol Bordello? Anyone else? I missed last year, so I don't know if it happened then or not.

yes i will be at THE ROO with the new band i am putting together to perform the solo record. they are old pals i have known a long time. its going to be a fun new adventure with some old pals!
