I personally am always skeptical when someone comes out as inspector, and I agree that everybody needs to consider other possibilities and decide for themselves.
I don't agree that your quoting every single thing hakuna said and trying to spin it all in your favor is all that helpful.
I'm all in favor of not spinning this. With that in mind... I defy you to produce one piece of evidence from Hakuna which suggests he did not think you're guilty. Just one thing which shows he had at least reasonable doubt about you, particularly after Night One after he would have had his guess. ...or at least admit to everyone that it doesn't exist.

Based on everything he said, it certainly seems that hakuna thought I was guilty. But if you are accepting the proposition that hakuna was inspector, then would mean I'm guilty anyway because I would be lying about being inspector.
He wasn't inspector because I am, which just means he was wrong about me being mafia. And you, as mafia, are capitalizing on his being wrong.

NBF, I have a question for you. Why, in the first day runoff did you not vote for Bek right away and hope LLL or I would follow? If LLL or I had voted KDogg first, then you may have lost your man.

I didn't want to tip my hand by switching to bek. That's why I kept saying later that I thought lll's vote change to bek was what got her killed because I thought that if I had been the one to switch to her, I'd have been the one that was whacked.
I still think LLL got whacked for more than one reason. That's why I think they took her out before Hakuna.
The two overlapped on voting Bek, but I think there's something else. She was either on to someone else or completely wrong & gave a red herring to throw us off. Which is where the Day One stacking comes into play.
I know I'm not getting whacked because my death would blow NBF's story. I'll go into that next round. Let's just say I think her other suspect is still at large.
Does this feel like walking into a trap to anyone else?
Can we take a minute to consider what we might have missed? Am I the only one who sees a scenario in which we could be almost-but-not-quite in suspecting Bek? (Unlikely, but not impossible?)
This unanimity doesn't quite sit right with me. It kind of reminds me of like when Congress gets along on something and it's total bullshiz in the end.
As of now, I know I've already got two votes against me next round. As it stands: Day Three: We're going to kill Bek. Night Three: NBF is going to get whacked either way because... 1. ...she's telling the truth, and Mafia don't want her to reveal a third name. 2. ...she's lying, and Mafia already decided to sacrifice her to legitimize their story before she came forward with her story. Day Four: You're going to come after me.
Except here's the thing... I know you'll be wrong. You might not know that, but I do. I am in the unique position of knowing, by virtue of my role, that what NBF is saying about me is absolute, complete and total bullshiz I wouldn't be surprised if she were lying elsewhere, too.
We need to have this discussion more than we need to have no discussion. So please, let's put NBF & myself into a head-to-head runoff. This is going to hit the fan anyway, so let's get to it.
I know, for me, this probably means taking on an entire intact Mafia at once. I'm fine with that. There's nothing in this game I hate more than a fake Inspector, and I do believe this is the first game I've encountered it in which the perpetrator invoked my name.
I think it will be more informative for Townspeople later on if we see who stands where at this point, rather than to see everyone voting the same way here in hindsight. I don't want the Townies looking back after myself, NBF & Bek are dead wondering "Now what?" only to find out the Mafia won. That's what's going to happen here if we proceed as we are.
I haven't been a perfect Townie. I'm pretty sure I've made a major misstep along the way, and I'm sure I'll learn of at least another in the postgame. In the end, I want the Townspeople to have the best chance to win. I think having this Day Three blind spot in our rearview isn't going to help us any.
I also know I have a high burden of proof. I think there's three Mafia and three other Townspeople among the rest of you living players. My goal in this is to convince all three of you other innocent players to form a one-vote majority over the existing Mafia.
I want a head-to-head with NBF. Ain't nobody throwing Bek under the bus today who won't also gladly do it tomorrow. The game is going to be split over this into the next round anyhow. I would prefer to settle this now.
So please, anyone who wishes to allow me this opportunity, go Null with me.
Votes Cast NBF >>> kdogg >>> Superbek LLL >>> Superbek kdogg >>> Superbek >>> Null >>> Mike D Superbek >>> Kdogg >>> Null >>> Mike D Mike D >>> JImmyroo EAP >>> Jimmyroo Jimmyroo >>> Mike D Bacon >>> Jimmyroo Hakuna >>> Superbek Abra >>> Mike D
Furthermore, if you all are mafia and trick just one town into voting for NBF, then it's game over. Bek is a sure bet for this round and gives us more chances.

This may be your most subtle performance ever Kdogg. I'm impressed, but come on. Acting like something might be up after you've been fingered as guilty is kind of hilarious really. We all know exactly what is happening. NBF is the inspector and you just need to stir up enough doubt that maybe some idiot townies decide to kill Jimmy in a day or two or guess wrong about the 3rd mafia twice.
Don't be fooled Jimmy, you very well might have to make the final decision soon. It will be up to you. Please read back and make the best guess you can. I'm not certain who the towny is, but I have a good guess. Which I will share tomorrow.
Furthermore, if you all are mafia and trick just one town into voting for NBF, then it's game over. Bek is a sure bet for this round and gives us more chances.
Bek is a "sure bet" if she is the only player for whom both LLL & Hakuna voted. Bek is not the ONLY player for whom both LLL & Hakuna voted. There is Abra, isn't there? There is the possibility Bek is innocent & being set up by a group including Abra instead of her... isn't there? So please, tell me why we're 100% certain it isn't Abra instead of Bek? I think there's a case to be made for reasonable doubt here.
Look at the two voters who initially decided I was more guilty than Bek out of all this: Jimmy & Abra. Look back at the voting. Haven't those two been voting together quite a bit even before NBF said anything?
Now, I'm not saying it's impossible Bek is Mafia... Can you guys at least concede it's not impossible Abra is Mafia?
I have some ideas about that. Without going into specifics, the two-fer I thought she hit: 1. I think LLL had one name right. 2. I think LLL either had a second name right OR was so wrong about something else that it made for a good red herring.
#1 is met by both Bek & Abra. Both possibilities for #2 were met by Jimmy.
As for a motive as to why Mafia would pull such a stunt with three still alive: 1. If it is Bek, they'd feel she was already lost. 2. If there are three of them, the ruse only needs to work one round. 3. One of their own was "exonerated" by a dead player who voted for him & a suspect claim of innocence. Another one simply had nobody to suspect having her name at all.
Throw Mafia A under the bus, while using Mafia B's death to lend credibility to the innocence of Mafia C. Sneak Mafia C into a final round where unsuspecting Townies believe he's innocent & screw it all up. Lemonade out of lemons.
I'm leaning towards Bek, but I can't be 100% on her. I think Abra is a topic worth discussing. I think further discussion of the early body count is warranted. It also points to Jimmy & Abra when I think about it, but I shouldn't be the only one here thinking about that.
When I'm dead & you guys belatedly realize I'm a Townie, you'll be glad I brought this stuff up before you killed me.

KDogg, of course no one can ever be 100% certain on anything in mafia, we all know this. But we also know there is an extreeemely good chance either NBF or Hakuna is/was inspector and they both know of or pointed toward Bek. It is obviously the right choice for today. Are you just bringing up Abra as a distancing move? Interesting.

You could see that as a distancing move but it's not because I'm not mafia. What it is, is kdogg knowing him and bek are done and so he's grabbing at straws. He's intentionally muddying the waters,, like he has the whole game, so we can't see who the third is.
