I go to Chili's every Tuesday with the chorus I sing in. We always hear this particular song play and we can't figure it out and we never remember to ask what it is.
I don't remember a lot of the words because it doesn't really sound like it's in English. We think it may be Korean but really aren't sure.
It sounds like mainly a female singing, but I think it's a guy and a girl. The chorus goes something like "Bang bang, sugar ah bang baaaang" and it's pretty upbeat with a tambourine throughtout the song. It repeats itself A LOT and is about 4 minutes long. At the end, it goes through the same words, but slows it down quite a bit.

I would just ask at the Chili's. If you hear it every time they probably have a limited amount of songs they play. When I worked at a quizno's in high school there were cds with a few dozen tracks that would just loop.
