The Vaccines are a London, UK indie rock band formed in 2010. They had the best selling debut album of 2011 in the UK and are seriously HUGE across the pond. Their guitarist, Freddie Cowan, is actually the brother of The Horror's bassist, Tom Cowan. This will be fun.

When the line-up dropped, I read The Vaccines as The Vaselines and was really hype for like a whole 24 hour period about it. I was embarrassed and sad to realize a day later that I had been blowing up my friends with 'HOLY SHIT THE VASELINES ARE AT BONNAROO' when they aren't.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

Really digging them. I had a random encounter with them in Berlin a couple years ago. I came out of a bar to meet up with the girls I was with and they were talking to some guys. We split and one of the girls said, "They said they were in some band called The Vaccines"
