ND State has won three consecutive FCS titles, them knocking off a halfway decent FBS team isn't a huge shocker.
Oregon State tends to suck miserably early on in the year, and it's not the first time they lost an opener to a FCS team.
UConn is laughable, and Iowa State is the other punching bag (after Kansas) of the Big 12/10.
Most of the FCS teams you listed were also in the FCS playoffs, or close to it.
