Probably... especially with these supposed enhanced searches for explosives and shiz. Depends on the security people you get. Just be prepared for it- pack cleanly and lightly.
Also, is there a reason you quoted yourself in a response to yourself?
I regularly take my pop up camping and if you do have to pop it for a search just: Crank it up and slide the two beds out and they should be able to do a thorough search without you having to completely set it up.

Heybulldog, This will be our 5th year at Bonnaroo and 4th year bringing a pop-up camper. We have not been asked to raise/unfold/set-up at the security check points but who knows what this year will bring with the new security plans. Like culloweird stated... "be prepared for it". If you have any questions/trouble getting your camper set-up once you get to your spot just look around for a fellow pop-up camper and ask for some help. Neighbors are usually cool and are glad to help others. There are plenty of pop-up campers every year.
