I apologize if this was listed prior. I attempted the search function and didnt see anything.
Anyway, I am coming in from the south alone and meeting people coming from the north. Being my second Bonnaroo, I have a feeling after my experience with traffic last time, that meeting up could be a problem especially if cell phones arent getting reception. We want to camp out next to each other so meeting up prior is essential. However, I wasn't sure where the best meeting spot is that wont force either of us to drive too far out of our way. Is the Walmart everyone talks about a good spot?
Also, if we have a choice to meet somewhere, would it be wise to meet on the south or north side? I assume the south because there MAY be less people coming from that direction.
And last question - Having 2-3 cars, is it a problem getting spots next to each other if you roll in Thursday between 10-11am?
I would meet up in one of the towns a few miles on either side. Keep in mind that some exits immediately around Roo are closed to everything but local traffic.
