So now that we've pretty much narrowed it down to a vacation house rental this year and a possible cruise next year all that is left to do is vote between locations.
@zenfnp is looking at open dates for her family's lake house in North Georgia.
runninglouisville has mentioned his family's beach mansion in North Carolina.
We will continue to discuss and make decisions as the summer goes on and I'm sure more decisions will be made as we all gather on The Farm.
Okay so, Inforoo Booze Cruise: Coming Summer 2015.
We can either do a single day river/lake cruise or a 3-4 day ocean cruise (which sounds more fun to me). I'm doing some preliminary research that I'll post here as I go but in order to do this...

Depending on where you port out of, 3-4 day cruises are really affordable. Most port from Miami or Ft Lauderdale, then they have some that leave from New Orleans or somEwhere in AL, (Bridgeport maybe? I don't remember) and places in TX. Ocean cruises are where its at. I vote for that.
edit: In Sept my ex and I did a cruise on Royal Caribbean for just under $500 total for both of us with a drink package & shore excursions. I did qualify for some discounts, but I think I only saved around $100 from those. Carnival even has some that are only $189 a person. Just throwing that out there.
Let's first decide what people want to do (day or multi-day).
I looked at some prices for single day Lake Michigan charters and they we're like $800/hour (minimum 3 hours) NOT including drinks or catering. Some multi-day cruises actually end up being cheaper if they're inclusive of drinks and meals.

I'd encourage you all to do this in Miami, because there are literally thousands of small islands that you can party on literally all day and night long without having to drop $500+ dollars for a multi-day cruise.
Instead stay in Miami, enjoy the nightlife, and participate in debauchery during the day.
How bout just an Inforoo beach trip? Designate a place and a time span, and people can come and go as their schedules permit

That could work too. Perhaps we could find a resort that has good group rates then do a day cruise or something? I will research that as well and make some comparison lists.
