When I purchased my Bonnaroo ticket back in February, I signed up for the payment plan. About halfway through the payments, I switched banks and completely forgot about updating my banking information for the payment plan, since the card that I used was no longer active. I realized yesterday after I still hadn't gotten my ticket that some of my payments had been declined because of this, so I went back and paid everything in full.
As it wasn't until yesterday that my account was brought up to current, I still haven't received my ticket yet. I just noticed a clause at the bottom of the payment plan email that said any declined payment will cause the ticket to be cancelled. I don't know if this is the case, but I got an email stating that I had paid in full now for my ticket. I'm supposed to be leaving on Monday, but now I'm very worried that my ticket may have been cancelled, and about that fact that I still do not have my ticket.
Has anyone gone through an experience like this before? This'll be my fourth Bonnaroo, and I really don't want to miss it over an oversight on my part, especially since I've already paid in full. I've tried contacting the customer service line, but they are closed on weekends. Would they allow me to pick up my ticket at the festival? Is there another number that I can call or someone that I can talk to directly?
Call customer service first thing Monday morning. And yes, there's a place you can pick up your ticket at Roo-- Right next to the tollbooths are these little portable trailers where they keep will-call tickets.

I'm just really worried at the moment that my ticket has been canceled and I won't be able to attend at all because of it. I've already sent them an email, and I'll definitely be calling first thing on Monday. I hope that my oversight didn't fuck up this year's farm visit for me.
