I had a good week, weighed in today and lost 3 of my 4% already! We'll see how the weekend goes though, it's my company picnic at our local amusement park! Must resist the funnel cake!

I drank entirely too much last night to still be on target, but that's what happens when you haven't seen your brothers (without their kids or wife) in a couple years. I'll be back on track by the end of the weekend, once I've rid my body of this foul booze.
I've lost almost 3% of the 4% so far. My best friend wants to go out for dinner and a drink tonight. I chose Applebee's cuz they've got a lot of healthier choices and I'll stick with flavored rum and club soda to drink, haha.

What i do is I switch the fries for a side of veggies.
I skip the fries and the veggies. I JUST WANT MEAT. Srsly, on the nights I'm starving, I swing through zaxby's and get the 10 wings for like 500 calories and I'm past full.

I definitely should not weigh for a few days.... Crazy stressful week at work and last night I had mexican food with a large margarita, then went home and drank some bourbon.... Today I ate about 1/4 bag of Cadbury's crisp shell mini eggs (70% off at kroger....) Sigh. I was doing so well before this week.

3 Liters per day to be exact or in nerdbyrd unit of measurement, a shit ton.
What I do is I just pretend it's beer and have chugging competition with myself.
Today was a success. I stuck with a low calorie meal at Applebee's (though I did cave and had a bowl of tomato basil soup...too good. Also too high in sodium. Sue me.)
No pop though. And I stuck with two Bacardi Limon's with club soda. This is very good for me, haha.

I made a giant pot of this Monday and have eaten it all week. SO good and filling and cheap in the calorie department. I will weight in again in the morning and see. I've done well with the food but have been under a shit ton of stress this week and not getting nearly enough sleep. we'll see if that changes things.

I was so ready for the weigh in too. I moved my full length mirror to the family room, busted out the scale and even took out my Taylor Swift notebook to jot down the secret word. And then.....nothing. I didn't know all the rules for the weigh in last week so I was scrambling last weekend while the timer was counting down. I was like not this time Diet Bet! Joke was on me.

I have no problem in the water department. I have chronic kidney stones and if I don't drink my water they make my life miserable. I am a water CHAMPION!!!

Uuuuggghh! I had a kidney stone when I was pregnant and stayed in the hospital hooked up to meds for a week until it passed. Idk how you do it girl!
