Someone posted earlier about which coaches will be fired this year. Fisher and Coughlin are good guesses, but the first coach to be fired, is going to be Joe Philbin. I had high hopes for Dolphins this year, but after the last two games, they have not progressed, but have regressed. That falls on coaching, so fire him now and let's start talking Gruden. With that, Go Phins!!

You win! (or lose depending how you look at it)
I was just venting, actually did not think it would happen a week later. Lol. Now for the next part of my prediction to come to fruition.

As a veteran of Tennessee's Grudenmania, I would like to say I would be shocked if he comes out of the booth any time soon. He reportedly makes $4+ million a year commentating. Why leave that for the pressure cooker of a head coaching gig?

As with any HC, I think he likes coaching and I think he would want to do that again given the right circumstances. The right amount of control over a team. He is a proven winner and I think Miami would give him that power over giving it to someone like Philbin. . I think he has a sweet spot for city of Miami. I think he wants to make more $$ than his Redskin brother, which Dolphins can afford. . Of course all of this is me talking out my ass, but I do believe Phins win playoff games next year with him as HC.
I think the Bengals could go into their bye week at 6-0. I know most analysts and reporters are high on the Seahawks and Bills, but I just don't see it. I know Seattle has won the NFC Championship two years in a row, but they should be 1-3 right now. Going into Buffalo before a bye week will be a tough spot...but I'm optimistic.
If you are a true Atlanta sports fan you will understand the reason I won't get my hopes up. The braves, Uga, Hawks, and the Falcons will lower me into my grave to let me down one last time.

I'm well aware. Never said they'd make a deep playoff run.
What they're doing right now isn't luck, though. And they have a favorable schedule to close out.
With the Cowboys on the bye week, i decided to bake a bundt cake....I need my football back. I need to watch my team slowly fall apart, injury by injury. Give it back DAMMIT!

On the bright side, they went one week without losing.
