Take this with a grain of salt. Somebody on the Music Midtown subreddit said that they heard that Bruno Mars, Mumford & Sons, and Blink-182 were headlining MM. In terms of Landmark, Bruno is out with his two shows at the Verizon Center in September, I can't see Blink-182 headlining, and Mumford is a serious possibility. I think Mumford will headline Landmark with Kendrick filling in the rap headlining slot.
if we don't got Kendrick there's always Chance and everybody's favorite J Cole.

Is there an eta of when said Kendrick dates will be released? I'm closely watching this festival since the inaugural year was such a winner, imo
It could be tomorrow, Monday the 24th. He did tease the tour in a tweet from Friday. I really want this festival to happen again since I'll be living near D.C. for school this fall.

Well, that fucking sucks. I was so excited for this year. At this point, we can put it in the grave for good as I don't expect another Landmark again. It sucks that there isn't a big festival in D.C. You've got small ones like Broccoli City and Trillectro. You've got a big one in Firefly in Delaware. I just wish one of the big festival promoters like C3, Goldenvoice, AC Entertainment, or Huka would put one on every year.

Eh, DC is pretty lucky to have IMP putting on good shows and not just booking LiveNation package tours, which is mostly what this fest would have been anyway. We'll survive.
Just called C3. Landmark isn't happening this year. =(
Did they ever mention the possibility of it returning at all?
I wouldn't think a festival that is gone for 2 years will make a return. Despite having a pretty good time the first year, this festival didn't seem to have much (or any) organization so not really surprising that they pulled the plug.
