I may go 8. That said, it might go higher this weekend when I get the karaoke version from my wife. I do like the album though. I just don't think it's as strong as My Everything.
Yep. My everything is very satisfying for me. Especially the title track. New one is good too. Pretty happy that a few of you guys like her too.
Chance has my vote for May. It's fantastic. James Blake close second.
Claypool Lennon technically is available for stream on Soundcloud ... But since the official release isn't until June, we can go ahead and wait and give them the nod for June.
And yes, that will be the best June album. No question, just listen to the thing.

I'm delaying the inevitable with my Radiohead pick, but I want to give some stuff a final chance.
I am very surprised how much I like the Ariana Grande album. Listening to Chance after her definitely demonstrates a real difference in production quality. Dangerous Woman is mixed extremely well.
James Blake will end up getting an honorable mention but I still get bored with it over all before I finish it.
2. The Hotelier- Goodness 3. Chance the Rapper- Coloring Book 4. Modern Baseball- Holy Ghost 5. Hesitation Wounds- Awake for Everything 6. White Lung- Paradise
When I am making my end of the year list, Radiohead will probably be ranked higher. It's probably the better album. But James Blake is really what I needed this month. It was uncharacteristically very rainy in Seoul this May, and I've been still getting over breaking up with my ex back in March. Just fit perfectly.
this was such a great month, and like i've mentioned before, there were five albums that i liked enough to win separate months if they didn't all come out at once. chance is the one that has really stuck with me the most. radiohead - a moon shaped pool. james blake - the colour in anything. ariana grande - dangerous woman. kaytranada - 99.9%.
James Blake || The Colour In Anything wont be surprised if Radiohead is my favorite album of the year, but right now this is just what I needed.
HM: Radiohead, ANOHNI, Car Seat Headrest, Nicholas Allbrook, Kaytranada, Andy Stott, Day of the Dead, Pantha Du Prince, Flume, Death Grips, Chris Cohen, Sepalcure
Holy shit great month!! Only kinda disappointment was Chance, didn't really get into that at all yet.

There were so many good releases this month. I'll go ahead and cast my vote for Blake. I don't think I've been in a tranquil enough environment yet to truly appreciate A Moon Shaped Pool. I really enjoyed Kaytranada and Car Seat Headrest, and Chance was good but had some moments I could do without. So, The Colour In Anything is what I'm loving the most at this given time.
