ESPN's updated power rankings. Tennessee took the dive they deserved.
Georgia jumps 9 spots for barely beating NORTH CAROLINA? Oh come on! Also the fact that UT is lower than 3 teams who LOST in week 1 is bullshit. Come and get it VTech, I'm pissed.
I think it looks glorious. Come game time, when the sun is down and the lights are on...it will be a spectacle. This game made too much sense with Blacksburg being two hours away from Bristol, Knoxville an hour and forty-five minutes away, and both schools always pack out their home games.
If any of you find yourselves parked and tailgating at Farmer Bob's before the game, hit me up. I will also take beer bets on the Hokies +11.5.

Are they gonna fill the track up with seats? Do the stadium seats come with a Zoom option? I am sure it will be a good time, at the track and under the lights, but that field is so far away. Besides being drunk, how would one enjoying watching this game from a 1/4 mile away? Unless, they do like a GA ticket, rope off or fence off turn 1 and 2 side for UT and turn 3 and 4 side for VT. Make that area standing only. I could get down with watching the game like that. Cool time lapse of the track to field transformation.
A normal FCS cupcake with a bad ass marching band at halftime. Arizona lets them hang around into the second quarter but puts them away in the third. The backup QB out performs Anu and the next week of local sports radio is filled with callers calling for a switch despite Anu's relatively solid performance.
And Anu has a minor knee injury from practice and likely won't play as a precaution (im guessing mostly due to caliber of opponent)
Commence QB controversy in 3, 2...
Also I know the conspiracy theorists are going to be strong on the radio today, Rich Rod made up the injury to save face and renege on his initial confidence in Anu

Also, art briles is a shitty human and he didn't do himself any favors today on gameday. Rece Davis and Samantha Ponder were on point in their responses.
My tigers are worrying me greatly. They haven't played like the number two team in the country and I won't be surprised if they get jumped in the next rankings.
I don't care what the rule is, an intentional grounding on fourth down with no time left should result in an untimed down for the other offense.
That may be he way you want it, but it is not the rule and nor it should be. The penalty for Intentional Grounding(IG), is a penalty for when QBs throw the ball away, to avoid a sack. Hence, the result of IG is loss of down at the spot of the foul. It is just like being sacked. After the penalty for IG is enforced, there is no time left on the clock. Game over. Only when there is a foul against the defense, can there be an untimed down.
