Going to be a great fest! When the lineup first came out I wasn't sure if I wanted to go, but after researching some bands I realized how much depth it has.

If you ain't going to Pond, then you're not doing it right. I believe this is literally the first time they're playing anywhere close to the Southeast, so who knows when they will be back through.

I refuse to believe these schedules because of the terrible conflicts. Car Seat Headrest vs the Growlers?????? It looks like I'll have to get a fake ID to see the CSH late night show
Friday: Frank Carter > London Souls > Rainbow Kitten > CSH > Rest of Pinegrove > small break > Highly Suspect > Raging with Fidlar > Cage surging forward on In One Ear and No Rest for the Wicked > Good Spot for LCD
Saturday: Flagship > Rest of PATV > The Record Co > Anderson East > S&R > rest of Revivalist > Dr Dog > Moon Taxi > X Ambassador > XX > CSH aftershow
Sunday: Cloud Nothing > Said Motel > J Roddy > Third Eye> Bleachers (don't know which one to split) > Ryan > Phoenix
No serious conflicts for me. I'll bounce back and forth between Peachtree and Ponce all day Friday. Nothing I want to see on Saturday until Sylvan Esso which is actually kinda great. Sunday I'll just plant root at the Piedmont till dinner time.
Keep your eye on the Facebook comments today. Should be pretty entertaining. The highlight so far is someone complaining that Sunday bands should end earlier so that people from out of town get to see Phoenix.

Very happy that they gave LCD more than an hour and a half, and I believe this is the first festival to do that. I'll go to everything that's unopposed, but otherwise:
Friday: Cymbals Eat Guitars -> London Souls -> Rainbow Kitten Surprise -> The Growlers -> Wolf Parade and camp at the Peachtree stage the rest of day probably, although I really don't want to miss Pixies and Preoccupations Saturday: Public Access TV -> Foreign Air -> Bishop Briggs -> Shovels and Rope -> The Revivalists -> Dr. Dog -> Moon Taxi -> Nick Murphy -> maybe check out X Ambassadors and Family and Friends -> XX -> Portugal. the Man late night Sunday: Hoops -> Whitney -> Hamilton Leithauser -> J. Roddy -> Fruit Bats -> Third Eye Blind and then Bleachers, I guess??? -> Most of the Shins -> Most of Ryan Adams and stop by Pond -> Phoenix
My biggest conflicts are: Car Seat Headrest/Growlers/Pinegrove Ryan Adams/Shins/Pond
Cloud Nothings/Whitney
not too bad all things considered.
Pretty excited about the Preoccupations and Ron Gallo getting to play later in the day. I'm bummed to miss cymbals eat guitars. that seems really early for them i won't be able to make it down there that soon.
The big conflicts for me are Cage vs. Pixies, Run River North vs. Bishop Briggs, Shovels and Rope vs. The Revivalists vs. Mondo Cozmo , Sylvan Esso vs. Moon Taxi vs. Dr. Dog, Saint Motel vs. Hamilton Leithauser vs. Arkells

Anyone remember if it's possible to hear the Piedmont stage from the front of the Peachtree stage when there's nothing playing at Peachtree? If I can at least hear Pixies I'll be good to camp out at Peachtree most of the day Friday, because I've already missed them once at this festival and I don't want to miss them again.

Yes. We listened to Dr. Dog and a few others from there.
